雙極化寬帶天線及移相器的研究與設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著無線通信技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,天線以及饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)對整個(gè)通信系統(tǒng)起著至關(guān)重要的作用,因此天線與饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究與設(shè)計(jì)成為熱點(diǎn)研究的課題之一。尤其是在頻譜監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中,對天線和饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的性能提出了更高的要求。如天線需要同時(shí)滿足寬頻帶、雙極化、全向性方向圖、小尺寸等特點(diǎn);饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)需要滿足寬頻帶、低損耗、小的相位差等特點(diǎn)。因此研究出新型的雙極化寬帶天線與饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)對于頻譜監(jiān)測有著重要意義。本文主要闡述了應(yīng)用于頻譜監(jiān)測的雙極化寬帶天線的研究與設(shè)計(jì),其次提出了一種應(yīng)用于雙極化寬帶天線的新型的90°移相器結(jié)構(gòu),最后研究設(shè)計(jì)了新型雙極化全向?qū)拵Щ咎炀。本文的主要工作包括一下幾方面:1.設(shè)計(jì)出了一種新型的雙極化寬帶天線(80-800MHZ),該天線有以下幾個(gè)特性:a)在特定的頻率段能實(shí)現(xiàn)水平雙極化全向性方向圖;b)將Bowtie天線與單極子天線相結(jié)合,減小了天線的尺寸;c)首次在天線系統(tǒng)中將Bowtie天線即作為單極子天線的地板又作為單個(gè)的輻射體;d)Bowtie天線與單極子天線之間有良好的隔離度。2.在天線系統(tǒng)中,饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)是很重要的部分。本文所提出的雙極化寬帶天線需要90°的相位差進(jìn)行饋電,因此設(shè)計(jì)出了一種新型的基于T型和雙側(cè)耦合結(jié)構(gòu)的超寬帶90°移相器。該移相器有超寬帶、低插入損耗、小的相位偏差,成本低等特點(diǎn)。3.設(shè)計(jì)出新型的雙極化全向?qū)拵Щ咎炀,該天線的頻率覆蓋了基站與無線通信系統(tǒng)。其將四個(gè)Bowtie臂連通,一方面將其阻抗匹配在50歐姆左右,另一方面改善了天線的方向圖,讓其在1.7-2.45GHz都實(shí)現(xiàn)全向性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, antenna and feed network play an important role in the whole communication system, so the research and design of antenna and feed network become one of the hot research topics. Especially in the spectrum monitoring system, the performance of antenna and feeder network is required higher. For example, the antenna needs to meet the characteristics of wide band, double polarization, omnidirectional pattern and small size, while the feed network needs to satisfy the characteristics of wide band, low loss and small phase difference. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop a novel dual-polarization wideband antenna and feed network for spectrum monitoring. In this paper, the research and design of dual-polarization wideband antenna used in spectrum monitoring are mainly described. Secondly, a new type of 90 擄phase shifter structure for dual-polarization wideband antenna is proposed. Finally, a novel dual polarization omnidirectional broadband base station antenna is designed. The main work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1. A novel dual-polarization wideband antenna (80-800MHZ) is designed. The antenna has the following characteristics: a) it can realize horizontal double-polarization omnidirectional pattern in a specific frequency band, and it combines the Bowtie antenna with the monopole antenna. The Bowtie antenna is used as the floor of monopole antenna and as a single radiator for the first time. There is a good isolation between Bowtie antenna and monopole antenna. In antenna system, feed network is an important part. The dual-polarization wideband antenna proposed in this paper requires a phase difference of 90 擄to feed, so a new type of ultra-wideband 90 擄phase shifter based on T-type and bilateral coupling structure is designed. The phase shifter is characterized by ultra-wideband, low insertion loss, small phase deviation and low cost. A novel dual-polarization omnidirectional broadband base station antenna is designed, the frequency of which covers the base station and wireless communication system. On the one hand, the impedance is matched to about 50 ohms; on the other hand, the pattern of the antenna is improved so that it can realize the whole direction in the 1.7-2.45GHz.
