The structural principle of experimental apparatus for integrated power electronic circuit is briefly dealt with in this paper. Normally, the transistor model can be found in any kind of universal circuit analysis program, by which a power electronic circuit containing thyristors can be analyzed with the aid of a personal computer.The main parameters of the model can be estimated easily according to those of thyristor. This paper gives a preliminary discussion on the calculating formula which is produced by Hu-Ki model. The model is simulated and analysed on IBM-PC and the calculated results are, on the whole, in good agreement with those of the experiment.

對電路進行計算機輔助分析和設(shè)計,其基礎(chǔ)是根據(jù)電路元件的模型,編制程序輸入計算機進行運算。晶閘管是功率電子電路中的主要器件,所以在進行功率電子電路的計算機輔助分析和設(shè)計時,必須建立晶閘管的模型。在眾多的模型中,不是簡單粗糙,就是網(wǎng)絡(luò)太大,需要在大型計算機上計算。考慮到一個晶閘管可以看成由兩個三極管組合而成,而一般通用電路分析程序都含有三極管模型,所以可用電路分析程序?qū)芯чl管的功率電子電路進行計算機輔助分析,且可在PC機上進行。 模型的主要參數(shù)可根據(jù)晶閘管的主要參數(shù)求出,本文對Hu—Ki模型提出的計算公式進行了初步論證。利用得到的模型,在IBM—PC上進行仿真分析,結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果基本一致。
