【摘要】：針對模擬電路難以實現(xiàn)故障參數(shù)辨識的問題,從代數(shù)算法角度,提出一種基于主本征值和Frobenius范數(shù)的模擬電路故障診斷與參數(shù)辨識法。該方法把被測電路輸出響應(yīng)的采樣序列組成一個方陣;求解該方陣的主本征值和Frobenius范數(shù);根據(jù)測前仿真獲得的每個可能發(fā)生故障的器件相對應(yīng)的主本征值和Frobenius范數(shù)變化趨勢線,以最小誤差為判據(jù),確定最可能發(fā)生故障的器件,實現(xiàn)故障定位和參數(shù)辨識。實測結(jié)果表明:該方法可將故障定位和參數(shù)辨識一體化處理,與已有的幾種經(jīng)典算法相比,具有計算效率高、故障定位準(zhǔn)確率高、參數(shù)辨識精度高的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulty of fault parameter identification in analog circuits, a fault diagnosis and parameter identification method for analog circuits based on main eigenvalue and Frobenius norm is proposed from the point of view of algebraic algorithm. In this method, the sampling sequence of the output response of the circuit under test is formed into a square matrix; the main eigenvalue and Frobenius norm of the square matrix are solved; the main eigenvalue and the Frobenius norm change trend line corresponding to each device that may fail are obtained from the pre-test simulation. Based on the minimum error criterion, the most likely devices are determined, and fault location and parameter identification are realized. The experimental results show that this method can integrate fault location and parameter identification. Compared with some classical algorithms, this method has the advantages of high computational efficiency, high accuracy of fault location and high precision of parameter identification.
