基于三包層石英特種光纖的包層模諧振傳感特性研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, optical fiber sensors have been widely studied because of their unique advantages, and have been successfully applied in many fields, such as aerospace, architectural engineering, biomedicine and so on. However, how to obtain sensors with simple structure and excellent performance has become a bottleneck in the field of optical fiber sensing. Cladding mode resonant optical fiber sensor uses the coupling of fiber core mode and cladding mode to detect the measured physical quantity, which has the advantages of simple structure, controllable mode excitation and high sensitivity. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the sensing characteristics of cladding mode resonant fiber. Based on the coupled mode theory, the cladding mode resonance phenomenon and its sensing characteristics of three-cladding quartz fiber (TCQSF) are deeply analyzed in this paper. The main contents are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of the research are introduced. This paper analyzes the research status of mode coupled fiber optic sensor at home and abroad, introduces its preparation method and sensing principle, and expounds the research content of this paper. Secondly, the positive scale theory and coupling mode theory used to analyze multicladding fiber are introduced, the equivalent model of TCQSF is established by using coupling mode theory, and the electric field distribution, characteristic equation and dispersion curve of the equivalent model are analyzed. The relationship between the connection length of the sensor and the transmission line is established. Thirdly, the temperature characteristic of cladding mode resonant sensor based on TCQSF is studied, the influence of thermo-optical effect and thermal expansion effect on the structure parameters of TCQSF is analyzed, and the relationship model between different temperature and wavelength shift is established. Then, the curvature characteristics of cladding mode resonant sensor based on TCQSF are studied, the field distribution of each mode in TCQSF with different curvature is analyzed, and the relationship between different curvature and wavelength drift is studied and established experimentally. Finally, the characteristics of the sensor based on TCQSF and single-mode optical fiber dislocation welding are studied, and the relationship between different mislocations and refractive index sensitivity is analyzed, and the refractive index and temperature characteristics of the sensor are studied and discussed experimentally.
