激光器陣列調(diào)節(jié)裝置及其控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:針對基于視覺測量中激光器陣列輔助靶標投射模式切換及光條位置調(diào)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性差、效率低,無法滿足實際測量需求的問題,分析視覺測量中不同階段對激光輔助靶標的投射及調(diào)節(jié)需求,同時考慮設(shè)備緊湊性、實用性及可靠性,設(shè)計加工1套激光器陣列調(diào)節(jié)裝置,利用工作站及NI計數(shù)器驅(qū)動多臺步進電機實現(xiàn)激光器獨立及協(xié)調(diào)控制,最后根據(jù)調(diào)控需求及硬件裝置基于LabVIEW開發(fā)相應的控制系統(tǒng)。研究結(jié)果表明:該裝置及系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定,具有良好的調(diào)控效率和魯棒性,實現(xiàn)了激光器陣列輔助靶標的高效自動化調(diào)節(jié),為提高視覺測量效率奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of laser array assisted target projection mode switching and optical strip position adjustment in visual measurement, the stability is poor and the efficiency is low, which can not meet the needs of actual measurement. The requirement of projecting and adjusting laser assisted target in different stages of vision measurement is analyzed. At the same time, considering the compactness, practicability and reliability of the equipment, a set of laser array adjusting device is designed and machined. The multi-step motor is driven by workstation and NI counter to realize the independent and coordinated control of the laser. Finally, the corresponding control system is developed based on LabVIEW according to the control requirements and hardware device. The research results show that the device and the system work stably, have good control efficiency and robustness, realize the high-efficient automatic adjustment of laser array auxiliary target, and lay a good foundation for improving the efficiency of vision measurement.
