從鋅浸出渣中強(qiáng)化浸出鋅鍺的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對云南某濕法煉鋅浸出渣,采用硫酸強(qiáng)化浸出對渣中鋅、鍺、鐵的浸出效果進(jìn)行研究。正交試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:最優(yōu)浸出條件為:溶出溫度160℃,硫酸濃度為1.5 mol/L,浸出時(shí)間1.5 h,液固比為6。最優(yōu)浸出條件下,鋅和鍺的平均浸出率分別高達(dá)96.77%和70.86%,有害元素鐵的平均浸出率僅為55.44%,在抑制鐵浸出的同時(shí),保證了鋅鍺元素的高效浸出。
