【摘要】：針對云南某濕法煉鋅浸出渣,采用硫酸強化浸出對渣中鋅、鍺、鐵的浸出效果進行研究。正交試驗結(jié)果表明:最優(yōu)浸出條件為:溶出溫度160℃,硫酸濃度為1.5 mol/L,浸出時間1.5 h,液固比為6。最優(yōu)浸出條件下,鋅和鍺的平均浸出率分別高達96.77%和70.86%,有害元素鐵的平均浸出率僅為55.44%,在抑制鐵浸出的同時,保證了鋅鍺元素的高效浸出。
