基于有限元方法研究AT切石英晶體諧振器的動態(tài)特性

【摘要】:基于有限元方法研究石英晶體諧振器的諧響應(yīng)振動特性。通過改變AT切石英晶片尺寸,分析不同尺寸情況下石英晶體各軸向的振動位移分布情況,可了解AT切石英晶體諧振器的厚度剪切振蕩模態(tài)和寄生振動模態(tài)分布情況。仿真結(jié)果與實際測試結(jié)果對比,證明了采用這種仿真方法有助于石英晶體諧振器的設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:The harmonic response vibration characteristics of quartz crystal resonator are studied based on finite element method. The thickness shear oscillation mode and parasitic vibration mode distribution of AT cut quartz crystal resonator can be obtained by changing the size of AT cut quartz wafer and analyzing the axial vibration displacement distribution of quartz crystal under different sizes. The comparison between the simulation results and the actual test results shows that this simulation method is helpful to the design of quartz crystal resonator.
