S波段20kW平均功率正交場(chǎng)放大器研究
[Abstract]:According to the application requirement of S-band long pulse width and large working ratio orthogonal field amplifier, the dispersion and coupling impedance characteristics of short tube braced zigzag line slow-wave structure are simulated and optimized. An improved scheme of energy transmission structure is proposed, and the design of high frequency system is optimized. The simulation results are in good agreement with the cold test results. The cold test results show that the design realizes the wide band and high efficiency of the high frequency system. For the first time, 99.5% fine-grained alumina ceramic is used as the dielectric between the control pole and the cathode, which solves the breakdown problem of the insulating module under the large average current. For the first time, a three-stage amplifier chain testing system is constructed by using solid-state amplifier and two-stage orthogonal field amplifier. The large working ratio test of S-band orthogonal field amplifier is realized. The results of thermal measurement show that under the condition of 300 渭 s pulse width and 8% working ratio, The amplifier has a pulse power of more than 250kW, an average power of more than 20kW, and a full bandwidth efficiency of more than 52kW. The amplifier has raised the technical level of the S-band high-power orthogonal field amplifier to a new level, and is also the widest pulse width in the world at present.
