行波管自動測試系統(tǒng)遠(yuǎn)程客戶端的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:TWT belongs to vacuum electronic devices. With the development of TWT research, its application scope increases year by year, and with the rapid development of information technology, Customers' requirements for TWT parameter measurement are becoming more and more standardized and professional. The traditional TWT parameter measurement method is time-consuming and laborious, which is easily affected by time, space, equipment and other factors, so the measurement efficiency and precision are greatly limited, which can no longer meet the needs of today's society. In order to save manpower and material resources, keep away from some dangerous measuring environments, and improve the efficiency and accuracy of measurement, it is of great practical significance to create a remote client based on TWT automatic test system with the aid of computer software technology. In order to solve the above problems, this paper discusses in detail the research status of TWT parameter measurement methods at home and abroad, and analyzes the definition and measurement principle of TWT input and output power, gain linearity and harmonic output ratio characteristic parameters. Under the existing experimental conditions, LabVIEW software is used to create the automatic test system for the above characteristic parameters. The system can only complete the field parameter measurement and can not realize the long-distance on-line operation, so this paper is based on the system. The main contents are as follows: (1) create front-end website based on TWT automatic test system: use Apache / MySQL / PHP combination development model to create front-end website, create TWT brief introduction, download center and user message module in the website. Some users may not know enough about the definition and measurement principle of traveling-wave tube related parameters, so they can visit the website to understand the relevant theory of traveling wave tube before carrying out the parameter measurement operation. Or download data and exchange messages. (2) create a backend measurement system based on TWT automatic test system: the backend measurement system is used for on-line remote measurement of TWT parameters. The system is based on the B / S mode and bootstrap framework commonly used in web. This paper optimizes and improves the bootstrap framework and integrates the graphics drawing library files Echarts and High Charts. The main and secondary characteristic parameter measurement modules of TWT are created respectively. Each parameter measurement item corresponds to 5 sub-functional modules, which is used to complete parameter measurement. 2) create several auxiliary function modules. It is used to display the measurement results in many directions (3) to create the measuring instrument management system, and to manage the instrument on line. 4) to discuss the concrete realization technology of the measurement system instrument network measurement page. The practical measurement results of five parameters are given. (3) creating desktop client corresponding to browser client: combining webkit browser kernel with node.js technology, creating desktop client corresponding to browser client, getting rid of browser restriction. Two methods are provided for remote measurement of TWT parameters.
