高亮度下近紅外激光散斑投射的輪廓測量

【摘要】:為實(shí)現(xiàn)在高亮度條件下模型外形輪廓的測量,首先在計(jì)算機(jī)上生成隨機(jī)矢量化散斑圖案,并用激光雕刻技術(shù)制成散斑片作為散斑投射模板,采用光波為850 nm的VCSEL激光器作為投射光源并制成激光散斑投射器。在高亮度條件下,通過給相機(jī)加裝窄帶濾光鏡實(shí)現(xiàn)散斑圖像的清晰獲取,最后基于數(shù)字圖像相關(guān)法完成圖像的立體匹配并最終解算出模型點(diǎn)云。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:該方法在20 400 lx條件下仍然可以實(shí)現(xiàn)模型的外形輪廓測量,且標(biāo)準(zhǔn)球測量結(jié)果相對偏差為0.038 4%;應(yīng)用近紅外激光散斑投射并給相機(jī)加裝窄帶濾光鏡可有效減少干擾光影響,可以在高亮度條件下完成模型輪廓的精準(zhǔn)測量。
[Abstract]:In order to measure the contour of the model at high luminance, the random vectorized speckle pattern is generated on the computer, and the speckle slice is made by laser engraving as the speckle projection template. A laser speckle projector is fabricated by using a VCSEL laser with a wavelength of 850 nm as a light source. Under the condition of high brightness, the speckle image can be obtained clearly by adding a narrow band filter to the camera. Finally, the stereo matching of the image is completed based on the digital image correlation method and the model point cloud is finally solved. The experimental results show that the method can still be used to measure the contour of the model under the condition of 20 400 LX. The relative deviation of the standard sphere measurement results is 0.038. Using near-infrared laser speckle projection and adding narrow-band filter to the camera can effectively reduce the influence of interference light and complete the accurate measurement of the model profile under the condition of high brightness.
