數(shù)字陀螺中電流舵DAC的設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著微機械慣性系統(tǒng)廣泛的被用于軍事產(chǎn)品和民用產(chǎn)品中,對微機械陀螺性能的要求越來越高。由于數(shù)字陀螺具有高速的算法處理能力以及較好的穩(wěn)定性,它已經(jīng)成為陀螺的主要發(fā)展方向之一,具有十分光明的前景。而DAC是連接數(shù)字與模擬電路之間的橋梁,是數(shù)字陀螺接口電路的重要組成部分,其精度和速度直接影響了數(shù)字陀螺的性能。因此,對于數(shù)模轉(zhuǎn)換器的研究具有重要研究價值及實用意義。本文主要內(nèi)容是設(shè)計一種16位的電流舵DAC。經(jīng)過對電流舵DAC結(jié)構(gòu)分析,采用了6+6+4分段式結(jié)構(gòu),這種分段形式能夠有效地減少芯片面積、提高線性度。在電路設(shè)計中,為了降低電路非線性和不匹配等非理想因素的影響,加入了數(shù)據(jù)加權(quán)(DWA)算法來減小電流舵結(jié)構(gòu)中的電流源失配問題。在時序上,通過同步鎖存器,使開關(guān)控制信號同步。并且通過降低時鐘控制信號的交叉點,減小了電流源互補開關(guān)同時打開產(chǎn)生的毛刺。除此之外,為了給電流源偏置電路提供穩(wěn)定的參考電流源,設(shè)計了具有較低溫度系數(shù)的自啟動帶隙基準(zhǔn)電路,其基準(zhǔn)電壓溫度系數(shù)為15.47ppm/oC。在電流舵DAC的采樣頻率為500KHz下,六個單獨的電流源模塊能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)穩(wěn)定電流輸出,輸出電流分別為30n A、60n A、120n A、240n A、480n A、30.72u A。在數(shù)字陀螺有效輸入信號頻率為4KHz下,整體DAC電路的微分非線性(DNL)和積分非線性(INL)分別為0.41LSB和0.75LSB,建立時間為0.4112us,電路輸出電壓區(qū)間為0V-4.5V,無雜散動態(tài)范圍(SFDR)為62.5d B.符合設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:With the wide application of micro-mechanical inertial system in military and civil products, the performance of micro-mechanical gyroscope is becoming more and more important. Digital gyroscope has become one of the main developing directions of gyroscope because of its high speed algorithm processing ability and good stability. It has a bright future. DAC is a bridge between digital and analog circuits and an important part of digital gyro interface circuit. Its precision and speed directly affect the performance of digital gyroscope. Therefore, the study of D-A converter has important research value and practical significance. The main content of this paper is to design a 16-bit current rudder DAC. By analyzing the structure of the current steering DAC, a 664 segmented structure is adopted, which can effectively reduce the chip area and improve the linearity. In order to reduce the influence of non-ideal factors such as nonlinearity and mismatch in circuit design data weighted (DWA) algorithm is added to reduce the current source mismatch in the current rudder structure. In timing, the switch control signal is synchronized by synchronous latch. By lowering the cross point of clock control signal, the burr produced by the current source complementary switch is reduced simultaneously. In addition, in order to provide a stable reference current source for the current source bias circuit, a self-starting band-gap reference circuit with low temperature coefficient is designed, with a reference voltage temperature coefficient of 15.47 ppm / oc. At the sampling frequency of 500kHz, the six single current source modules can realize stable current output with the output current of 30nAnA60n AH120n Aton 240n Aton 480nAm 30.72u A. The differential nonlinearity (DNL) and integral nonlinearity (INL) of the whole DAC circuit are 0.41LSB and 0.75LSBrespectively under the effective input signal frequency of the digital gyroscope is 4kHz, the setting time is 0.4112us, the output voltage range is 0V-4.5V, and the SFDR is 62.5dB. Meet the design requirements.
