人工智能交換與服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEEE1232研究及其故障推理機(jī)工程實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Fault diagnosis is the key to automatic testing of analog circuits and an important basis for evaluating an automatic test system. However, the traditional fault diagnosis system has poor portability and difficulty in transplanting diagnosis knowledge, which makes it difficult to improve the development efficiency of fault diagnosis system. In order to realize the sharing of diagnosis knowledge and the portability of diagnosis module, this paper uses IEEE1232 standard to standardize diagnosis data and diagnosis module, and develops fault diagnosis software based on IEEE1232 standard. The diagnostic data and diagnostic module can be shared and ported among the systems supporting IEEE1232 standard. The fault diagnosis software developed in this paper consists of three parts: the automatic building module of fault tree, the module of generating model file and the module of fault inference. First of all, based on the deep analysis of the fault circuit, the automatic tree building method based on the component small fault tree is adopted to determine the top event and fault structure of the system, and the component small fault tree is established by using the database. The fault tree of the whole system is established by using the logic relation of the components of the fault system. The shareability of diagnostic data is realized by converting diagnostic data into standard interchange file. The standard of .IEEE1232 specifies two file format standards for the exchange file, namely ISO 10303-21: 1994 standard and ISO 10303-28: 2007 standard. In order to further realize the sharing of diagnostic knowledge, the two standard exchange formats are implemented in this paper. In order to complete fault diagnosis, according to the definition of fault inference machine in IEEE1232 standard, a fault reasoning module is developed in this paper. The fault system is diagnosed and fault information is located by using the exchange file of the standard format generated by the previous step. The reasoning client program is developed to realize the interaction with the test environment. Finally, the fault diagnosis system is integrated into the automatic test system, and the system is verified by artificial fault circuit. It is found that the system developed in this paper can correctly set up the fault tree diagram of the system, generate an effective exchange file, and use the fault reasoning module to locate the fault information successfully. Each function part of fault diagnosis has achieved the expected goal.
