彈光調(diào)制干涉信號的高速數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:彈光調(diào)制傅里葉變換光譜儀是一種新型光譜儀,采用彈光調(diào)制干涉具替代傅里葉變換光譜儀中機(jī)械掃描或空間掃描干涉具的結(jié)構(gòu),具有速度快、靈敏度高、光譜范圍寬及抗震性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),,在科學(xué)研究、國防建設(shè)、安全生產(chǎn)以及環(huán)境保護(hù)等方面有著廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。其核心部件彈光調(diào)制干涉具由彈光調(diào)制器和驅(qū)動(dòng)器組成,而彈光調(diào)制器調(diào)制頻率高,且調(diào)制后的光程差呈非線性。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)干涉圖的實(shí)時(shí)采集存儲(chǔ)和處理,對彈光調(diào)制干涉信號數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)的研究非常有必要。 論文首先對彈光調(diào)制干涉信號的高速數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究,并在本課題組現(xiàn)有可以滿足彈光調(diào)制干涉信號處理系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,如FPGA+PCIe+Matlab的處理系統(tǒng)、NI采集箱等,提出了基于FPGA+DSP+LCD高速數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,進(jìn)一步提高了整體系統(tǒng)的靈活性和集成度;數(shù)據(jù)處理部分采用多處理器架構(gòu),外部寄存器的初始化和數(shù)據(jù)的還原、格式轉(zhuǎn)變等簡單處理由FPGA和其內(nèi)部的軟核處理器協(xié)同完成,光譜復(fù)原等復(fù)雜算法在DSP內(nèi)完成。 其次,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)預(yù)期的性能指標(biāo),完成了重要芯片的選型;設(shè)計(jì)了采樣模塊、時(shí)鐘分配模塊、存儲(chǔ)模塊、LCD顯示模塊、DSP外圍電路和FPGA外圍電路的原理圖,并根據(jù)高速PCB的設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)則,完成了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的板級設(shè)計(jì);在FPGA內(nèi)部搭建MicroBlaze軟核處理器,定制各外設(shè)IP核,并通過在線邏輯分析儀ChipScope和Matlab對各模塊電路進(jìn)行了調(diào)試與分析。 最后,搭建了彈光調(diào)制傅里葉變換光譜儀測試平臺(tái),在驅(qū)動(dòng)電壓為950V的情況下,以632.8nm激光為入射光源,對該高速數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了采集存儲(chǔ)及顯示測試,結(jié)果表明,該高速數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)工作穩(wěn)定,且滿足整體系統(tǒng)的要求。
[Abstract]:Elasto-Optical Modulation Fourier transform Spectrometer is a new type of spectrometer. Elasto-optic modulation interferometer is used to replace the structure of mechanical or spatial scanning interferometer in Fourier transform spectrometer, which has high speed and high sensitivity. Because of its wide spectrum range and high seismic resistance, it has wide application prospects in scientific research, national defense construction, safety production and environmental protection. The Elasto-Optical Interferometer is composed of an elastic-optical modulator and a driver. The Elasto-Optical Modulator has a high modulation frequency and a nonlinear optical path difference. In order to realize the real-time acquisition, storage and processing of interferogram, it is necessary to study the data processing system of Elasto-Optic Modulation interference signal. Firstly, the high speed data processing system of Elasto-Optical Modulation interference signal is studied, and on the basis of the existing EOMI signal processing system in our group, such as FPGA PCIe Matlab processing system and NI acquisition box, etc. The design of high speed data processing system based on FPGA DSP LCD is proposed, which further improves the flexibility and integration of the whole system. Simple processing such as format conversion is accomplished by FPGA and its internal soft core processor, and complex algorithms such as spectral recovery are implemented in DSP. Secondly, according to the expected performance index of the system, the selection of important chips is completed, and the schematic diagram of sampling module, clock distributing module, storage module, LCD display module, DSP peripheral circuit and FPGA peripheral circuit are designed. According to the design rules of high speed PCB, the board level design of the whole system is completed, the microBlaze soft core processor is built in FPGA, the IP cores are customized, and the circuits of each module are debugged and analyzed through the on-line logic analyzer ChipScope and Matlab. Finally, a testing platform of elastic-optical modulation Fourier transform spectrometer is built. With the driving voltage of 950V and 632.8nm laser as the incident light source, the high-speed data processing system is collected, stored and displayed. The results show that, The high-speed data processing system works stably and meets the requirements of the whole system.
