【摘要】:在通信技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展和頻譜資源的日益緊張的今天,高性能已經(jīng)成為無(wú)線(xiàn)通信產(chǎn)品的必然發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。作為通信前端的重要組成部分,多通帶濾波器的性能的好壞直接影響著通信產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)劣,因而對(duì)多通帶濾波器研究具有重要的意義。此外,隨著對(duì)通信產(chǎn)品體積的要求越來(lái)越高,小型化已經(jīng)成為濾波器研究的重點(diǎn)。復(fù)合左右手傳輸線(xiàn)憑借其特殊的左手特性,在濾波器的小型化和高性能上有重要的應(yīng)用。本文對(duì)T型復(fù)合左右手傳輸線(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了建模和參數(shù)提取。結(jié)合λ/4傳輸線(xiàn)和T型結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)計(jì)了三通帶濾波器。利用T型結(jié)構(gòu)取代λ/4傳輸線(xiàn),得到了一個(gè)擁有五個(gè)傳輸零點(diǎn)的三通帶濾波器;利用折疊的SIR諧振器取代開(kāi)路枝節(jié),最終得到具有五個(gè)傳輸零點(diǎn)的小型化三通帶濾波器。同時(shí),再設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中可以通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)內(nèi)嵌的T型結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)第二通帶的調(diào)節(jié)。對(duì)叉指結(jié)構(gòu)及基于叉指結(jié)構(gòu)的復(fù)合左右?guī)V波器進(jìn)行了建模和參數(shù)提取。隨后通過(guò)添加開(kāi)路枝節(jié),最終得到了雙通帶濾波器。通過(guò)改變中心開(kāi)路枝節(jié)的長(zhǎng)度達(dá)到了對(duì)陷波中心頻率的調(diào)節(jié)。對(duì)互補(bǔ)開(kāi)口諧振環(huán)復(fù)合左右手傳輸線(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了建模;通過(guò)對(duì)基片集成波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)加載互補(bǔ)開(kāi)口諧振環(huán),利用基片集成波導(dǎo)的多模特性得到了一個(gè)雙通帶帶通濾波器;通過(guò)互補(bǔ)開(kāi)口諧振環(huán)和缺陷地結(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合得到了一個(gè)小型化雙通帶濾波器。對(duì)蘑菇型復(fù)合左右手傳輸線(xiàn)進(jìn)行了建模分析;利用開(kāi)口諧振環(huán)對(duì)蘑菇型結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小型化,并以此為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)小型化帶通濾波器;隨后將小型化蘑菇型結(jié)構(gòu)和T型結(jié)構(gòu)通過(guò)并行結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合起來(lái),得到了一個(gè)通帶相互獨(dú)立的雙通帶濾波器。以上所有多通帶濾波器都進(jìn)行了加工,所得的測(cè)試結(jié)果與仿真結(jié)果有較好的吻合,驗(yàn)證了理論分析的正確性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of communication technology and the increasing shortage of spectrum resources, high performance has become the inevitable development trend of wireless communication products. As an important part of the front end of communication, the performance of multi-pass band filter directly affects the quality of communication products, so it is of great significance to study multi-pass band filter. In addition, with the increasing demand for the volume of communication products, miniaturization has become the focus of filter research. Composite left-hand transmission lines have important applications in the miniaturization and high performance of filters due to their special left-handed characteristics. In this paper, the structure of T-type compound left-right-hand transmission line is modeled and its parameters are extracted. Combined with 位 / 4 transmission line and T type structure, a three pass band filter is designed. A three-way band filter with five transmission zeros is obtained by replacing 位 / 4 transmission lines with T-type structure, and a miniature three-way band filter with five transmission zeros is obtained by using folded Sir resonator to replace the open branch section. At the same time, the adjustment of the second pass band can be realized by adjusting the embedded T-type structure in the process of redesign. Modeling and parameter extraction of cross-finger structure and compound left and right-pass filter based on cross-finger structure are carried out. After that, a double pass band filter is obtained by adding an open branch. The frequency of notch center is adjusted by changing the length of open branch. By loading the complementary open resonant ring structure with the complementary open resonator ring, a dual-pass band-pass filter is obtained by using the multi-mode characteristics of the substrate integrated waveguide, and the composite left-right hand transmission line structure of the complementary open-end resonant ring is modeled, and a dual-pass band-pass filter is obtained by loading the complementary open-end resonant ring structure. A miniaturized double pass band filter is obtained by combining the complementary open resonant ring with the defective ground structure. The model of mushroom compound left-right transmission line is analyzed, the mushroom structure is miniaturized by the open resonant ring, and a miniaturized bandpass filter is designed. Then we combine the miniaturized mushroom structure and the T-type structure by parallel structure to obtain a passband independent double pass band filter. All the multipass filters are processed, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results, which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
