【摘要】：簡要介紹了紅外傳感器主要參數(shù)對其性能的影響規(guī)律,調(diào)研了EKV紅外傳感器的發(fā)展歷程,對CE-Ⅱ型EKV紅外傳感器的性能參數(shù)進行了估計,其在像元陣列、視場角和幀頻方面應(yīng)當有明顯提升。分別利用探測率和噪聲等效輻照度對探測距離進行了計算,結(jié)果表明CE-Ⅱ型EKV紅外傳感器的實際探測距離應(yīng)當在500km水平。
