【摘要】：簡(jiǎn)要介紹了紅外傳感器主要參數(shù)對(duì)其性能的影響規(guī)律,調(diào)研了EKV紅外傳感器的發(fā)展歷程,對(duì)CE-Ⅱ型EKV紅外傳感器的性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行了估計(jì),其在像元陣列、視場(chǎng)角和幀頻方面應(yīng)當(dāng)有明顯提升。分別利用探測(cè)率和噪聲等效輻照度對(duì)探測(cè)距離進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,結(jié)果表明CE-Ⅱ型EKV紅外傳感器的實(shí)際探測(cè)距離應(yīng)當(dāng)在500km水平。
