Y分支光學(xué)調(diào)制器半波電壓與波長(zhǎng)和溫度相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:建立了Y分支光學(xué)調(diào)制器半波電壓與工作波長(zhǎng)和溫度的數(shù)學(xué)模型,其半波電壓隨工作波長(zhǎng)增加而增加、隨溫度增加而減小。設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了一種基于4階波調(diào)制Sagnac干涉儀的半波電壓自動(dòng)測(cè)試系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了半波電壓的在線連續(xù)測(cè)量,相對(duì)測(cè)量精度達(dá)到8.5×10~(-6)。用可調(diào)激光器光源,改變工作波長(zhǎng)和環(huán)境溫度,分別進(jìn)行了1310nm和1550nm波段Y分支光學(xué)調(diào)制器半波電壓的實(shí)際測(cè)量,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試確定了半波電壓與波長(zhǎng)和溫度的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明,半波電壓在這兩個(gè)測(cè)試波段內(nèi)與波長(zhǎng)和溫度均呈線性關(guān)系,波長(zhǎng)相關(guān)系數(shù)為正,分別約為3.61×10~(-3 )V/nm和9.54×10~(-3 )V/nm;溫度相關(guān)系數(shù)為負(fù),分別約為-1.76×10~(-3 )V/℃和-2.00×10~(-3 )V/℃。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了理論模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:A mathematical model of half-wave voltage, working wavelength and temperature of Y-branch optical modulator is established. The half-wave voltage increases with the increase of operating wavelength and decreases with the increase of temperature. An automatic half-wave voltage measurement system based on 4-order Sagnac interferometer is designed and implemented. The on-line continuous measurement of half-wave voltage is realized. The relative measurement accuracy is 8.5 脳 10 ~ (-6). The half-wave voltage of Y-branch optical modulator in 1310nm and 1550nm band is measured by changing the working wavelength and ambient temperature with the adjustable laser source. The correlation between half-wave voltage and wavelength and temperature is determined by experiment. The results show that the half-wave voltage is linearly related to the wavelength and temperature in these two bands, and the wavelength correlation coefficient is positive, about 3.61 脳 10 ~ (-3) V / nm and 9.54 脳 10 ~ (-3) V / nm, respectively, and the temperature correlation coefficient is negative, about -1.76 脳 10 ~ (-3) V / 鈩,
