摘要：

明確電子商務(wù)信息生態(tài)群的定義，認(rèn)為電子商務(wù)系統(tǒng)由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)信息生態(tài)群、核心信息生態(tài)群和支持信息生態(tài)群構(gòu)成，分析每個(gè)信息生態(tài)群的知識流程。電子商務(wù)知識管理對象是編碼知識和個(gè)人知識，各知識流程中的核心環(huán)節(jié)是信息分析或經(jīng)驗(yàn)提煉，分別對應(yīng)于編碼知識和個(gè)人知識。在知識流程分析基礎(chǔ)上，，提出信息生態(tài)視角下電子商務(wù)知識管理的技術(shù)框架。

Abstract： 

The paper makes clear the concept of information ecological group, believes that the electronic commerce system is built by leader information ecological group, core information ecological group and support information ecological group, and analyzes the knowledge flow of the information ecological groups. The key link of the knowledge flows is information analysis or experience abstraction, and the corresponding knowledge is coded knowledge and personal knowledge. Based on the analysis of knowledge flows, the paper puts forward the technical framework of electronic commerce knowledge management in perspective of information ecology.
