【摘要】：新一輪科技革命給工程教育帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn),培養(yǎng)具有多學(xué)科交叉融合和工程能力、創(chuàng)新精神和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力的高素質(zhì)復(fù)合型工程技術(shù)人才成為高校當(dāng)務(wù)之急。掌握基本的科學(xué)和技術(shù)內(nèi)涵,保持技術(shù)的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性,又有"融合"的思維方式和創(chuàng)造性思維能力,將是未來工程師所必備的核心能力。通過對(duì)于"電子與自動(dòng)化實(shí)踐"新課程體系的建設(shè)和探索,研究適合未來需求的卓越工程師的培養(yǎng)方法,構(gòu)建模塊化、層次化,融合性的教學(xué)課程設(shè)計(jì),開發(fā)學(xué)生多維度思考和創(chuàng)新能力。采用傳統(tǒng)模式和創(chuàng)新路徑并存的方法,重視"工匠精神"的培養(yǎng)。通過基于項(xiàng)目驅(qū)動(dòng)和問題解決的綜合實(shí)踐,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力,促進(jìn)混合式學(xué)習(xí),培養(yǎng)更多符合先進(jìn)制造業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)和發(fā)展需求高技術(shù)人才。
[Abstract]:The new round of scientific and technological revolution has brought new challenges to engineering education. It is urgent for colleges and universities to cultivate highly qualified and complex engineering and technical talents with multi-disciplinary cross-integration and engineering ability, innovative spirit and team cooperation ability. Mastering the basic scientific and technological connotation, maintaining the technical rigor, and having the "fusion" mode of thinking and creative thinking ability will be the essential core abilities of the future engineers. Through the construction and exploration of the new curriculum system of "Electronics and Automation practice", this paper studies the training methods of outstanding engineers suitable for future needs, and constructs a modular, hierarchical and integrated teaching curriculum design. Develop students 'multi-dimensional thinking and innovation ability. Adopting the method of coexistence of traditional mode and innovation path, we should pay attention to the cultivation of craftsman's spirit. Through the comprehensive practice based on project-driven and problem-solving, we can train students' team cooperation ability, promote hybrid learning, and train more high-tech talents to meet the needs of advanced manufacturing industry upgrading and development.
