大口徑高變倍比紅外目標(biāo)模擬系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了模擬紅外目標(biāo)由遠(yuǎn)及近的飛行過程,結(jié)合高變倍比紅外連續(xù)變焦系統(tǒng)與大口徑投影系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了一款紅外目標(biāo)模擬系統(tǒng).連續(xù)變焦系統(tǒng)變倍比為20倍,工作波段為8~12μm,大口徑投影系統(tǒng)口徑為300mm,工作溫度為-30~40℃.基于對(duì)系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的計(jì)算與分析,通過推導(dǎo)的消熱差及消色差方程對(duì)材料進(jìn)行合理選擇及光焦度分配,實(shí)現(xiàn)了光學(xué)被動(dòng)消熱差設(shè)計(jì),應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)光學(xué)理論對(duì)變焦凸輪運(yùn)動(dòng)曲線進(jìn)行了計(jì)算與繪制.系統(tǒng)成像質(zhì)量分析結(jié)果表明,變焦過程中像面穩(wěn)定,成像質(zhì)量良好.該系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高倍率紅外目標(biāo)飛行距離的連續(xù)變化模擬,具有變倍比高,體積小,像質(zhì)好,環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn).
