【摘要】:針對(duì)非制冷紅外鏡頭高分辨率、批量化和低成本的需求,通過(guò)硫系玻璃和鍺單晶的材料搭配,利用折衍混合的設(shè)計(jì)方法,設(shè)計(jì)一款僅包含三片,可用于槍瞄、車(chē)載夜視和安防監(jiān)控等領(lǐng)域的光學(xué)被動(dòng)補(bǔ)償無(wú)熱化鏡頭。在理論推導(dǎo)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的工程化設(shè)計(jì),提出了滿足精密模壓生產(chǎn)工藝的光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)方案。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證表明,該鏡頭在-40~55℃范圍內(nèi)成像清晰,滿足指標(biāo)要求。在實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用中,具有生產(chǎn)成本低、成像性能好等特點(diǎn)。
