一種預(yù)測白光LED相關(guān)色溫的新方法

【摘要】:為了快速確定白光LED相關(guān)色溫與黃色熒光粉濃度的關(guān)系,提出"中間參數(shù)A"的方法,以達到減少工作量,縮短工作時間,提高精度的目的。首先,通過理論分析推導(dǎo)出色品坐標與"中間參數(shù)A"的關(guān)系公式。然后,制備6組不同黃色熒光粉濃度的白光LED樣品,計算出每個濃度對應(yīng)的A值,擬合A值與熒光粉濃度的關(guān)系公式。在色品圖上查找目標色溫對應(yīng)的色坐標,就可以利用"中間參數(shù)A"的方法預(yù)測目標色溫對應(yīng)的黃色熒光粉濃度。實驗結(jié)果表明:利用"中間參數(shù)A"的方法生產(chǎn)的白光LED的色溫與目標色溫的誤差在50 K以內(nèi)。在預(yù)測高色溫時,該方法比"直接探索色溫與熒光粉濃度的關(guān)系"的方法的精度高一個數(shù)量級。而且利用該方法,采用2組不同熒光粉濃度樣品相比于6組樣品,在預(yù)測目標色溫對應(yīng)的熒光粉濃度時的相差量低于0.5%。因此,該方法具有耗時短、工作量少,精度高的優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:In order to quickly determine the relationship between the relative color temperature of white LED and the concentration of yellow phosphor, the method of "intermediate parameter A" is put forward in order to reduce the workload, shorten the working time and improve the precision. Firstly, the formula of the relationship between the coordinate of excellent product and the intermediate parameter A is deduced by theoretical analysis. Then, six groups of white LED samples with different concentrations of yellow phosphor were prepared, and the corresponding A value of each concentration was calculated, and the relationship between A value and phosphor concentration was fitted. By looking up the color coordinates of the target color temperature on the color map, the method of "intermediate parameter A" can be used to predict the yellow phosphor concentration corresponding to the target color temperature. The experimental results show that the error between the color temperature and the target color temperature of the white LED produced by the method of "intermediate parameter A" is less than 50 K. In predicting high color temperature, the accuracy of this method is one order of magnitude higher than that of "directly exploring the relationship between color temperature and phosphor concentration". By using this method, the difference between two groups of samples with different phosphor concentration is less than 0.5 when the concentration of phosphor corresponding to the target color temperature is predicted compared with 6 groups of samples. Therefore, this method has the advantages of short time consuming, less workload and high precision.
