電子產(chǎn)品綠色模塊化開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代科技的快速發(fā)展,綠色模塊化設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用范圍愈加廣泛。本文在研究電子產(chǎn)品基于啟發(fā)式模塊劃分方法的劃分結(jié)果時(shí),劃分結(jié)果存在未考慮產(chǎn)品綠色屬性,模塊評(píng)價(jià)不夠全面的問(wèn)題。本文提出采用綠色模塊劃分的方法對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行劃分,利用綠色模塊評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)劃分結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),最后提出基于Pro/E平臺(tái)建立電子產(chǎn)品的模塊庫(kù)并完成了整體配置設(shè)計(jì)。具體研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,本文研究了基于啟發(fā)式法的電子產(chǎn)品模塊化劃分。介紹了綠色模塊化設(shè)計(jì)涉及到的相關(guān)理論和技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,闡述了啟發(fā)式模塊劃分的基本理論與流程,完成了電子產(chǎn)品的模塊劃分。其次,本文完成了電子產(chǎn)品的綠色模塊劃分。針對(duì)啟發(fā)式模塊劃分方法未考慮產(chǎn)品綠色屬性,通過(guò)分析電子產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn),本文提出采用層次分析法對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行綠色模塊劃分,得到了電子產(chǎn)品綠色模塊劃分方案。再次,本文對(duì)電子產(chǎn)品綠色屬性與模塊化屬性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。模塊劃分的結(jié)果需要一個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià),電子產(chǎn)品的現(xiàn)有評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)不夠全面。本文提出基于若干模糊工程理論、數(shù)學(xué)方法及層次分析法建立了電子產(chǎn)品綠色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,舉出實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了綠色模塊化設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)價(jià)體系的可行性。最后,本文結(jié)合Pro/E平臺(tái)完成了電子產(chǎn)品綠色模塊化設(shè)計(jì)。本文采用Pro/E平臺(tái)的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)功能建立了電子產(chǎn)品的各個(gè)模塊,完成了各個(gè)模塊庫(kù)的創(chuàng)建,最終完成了電子產(chǎn)品的模塊配置。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the application of green modular design technology is more and more extensive. In this paper, when we study the partition results of electronic products based on heuristic module partitioning method, the partition results have the problem of not considering the green attribute of the product, and the evaluation of the module is not comprehensive enough. In this paper, the method of green module partition is proposed to divide electronic products, and the evaluation method of green module is used to evaluate the result of division. Finally, the module library of electronic products based on Pro/E platform is established and the overall configuration design is completed. The main contents are as follows: firstly, this paper studies the modular partition of electronic products based on heuristic method. This paper introduces the research status of related theories and technologies in green modular design, expounds the basic theory and flow of heuristic module partition, and completes the module partition of electronic products. Secondly, this paper completes the green module division of electronic products. Because the heuristic module partition method does not consider the green attribute of the product, by analyzing the characteristics of the electronic product, this paper puts forward to divide the green module of the electronic product by AHP, and obtains the scheme of the green module partition of the electronic product. Thirdly, the green and modular properties of electronic products are evaluated in this paper. The result of module partition needs an evaluation index, and the existing evaluation index of electronic product is not comprehensive enough. Based on some fuzzy engineering theories, mathematical methods and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a green evaluation index system for electronic products is established in this paper. Examples are given to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system of green modular design. Finally, this paper completes the green modular design of electronic products based on Pro/E platform. In this paper, the parameterized design function of Pro/E platform is used to set up each module of electronic product, and the establishment of each module library is completed. Finally, the module configuration of electronic product is completed.
