【摘要】:森林火災(zāi)這個詞語經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)在我們的視野中,值得我們深思,應(yīng)該怎樣減少森林火災(zāi)的發(fā)生。既然做不到完全避免,就應(yīng)該想辦法有效的控制,有效的滅火。在南方山高坡陡,地形復(fù)雜,風(fēng)向多變,晝夜溫差不大的特殊條件下,無法進(jìn)行夜間滅火,無法動用大兵團(tuán)撲打復(fù)雜危險條件下的火場,撲救過程中容易發(fā)生危險,滅火時效性和安全性得不到保障,大部分人員傷亡來自于撲打火場過程中。進(jìn)行科學(xué)撲救,嚴(yán)防重大人員傷亡事故的發(fā)生,牢固樹立以人為本、安全第一的思想,保障人民群眾生命安全已經(jīng)成為撲救指揮工作的首要考慮問題。在歷年森林火災(zāi)的撲救中,森林滅火彈一直擔(dān)負(fù)著重要角色。本課題研究的是一種紅外光電模塊,裝于彈頭位置,其彈軸方向與探測器光軸方向平行,其功能是當(dāng)彈丸距離火苗的距離為3至7米時給出控制信號,通知引線引爆炸藥開倉,滅火粉拋撒向火堆已達(dá)到壓制火勢的目的。由于目前國內(nèi)尚無此類紅外光電模塊,所以該研究課題其實是一種新的研究,它將使我國的滅火彈技術(shù)水平上到一個新臺階。該紅外光電滅火彈敏感模塊研究涉及到了使用熱電堆型紅外探測器高頻放大電路設(shè)計、菲涅爾光學(xué)透鏡、窄帶濾光窗口設(shè)計。并通過實驗來確定設(shè)計中的重要參數(shù),并按照工藝制造出產(chǎn)品,參與了重慶長安工業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司的靶場實驗,驗證了該設(shè)計的可行性與實用性。由于該課題研究是我參與云南安防科技有限公司的滅火彈項目設(shè)計,應(yīng)公司要求對部分設(shè)計進(jìn)行保密。
[Abstract]:The term "forest fire" often appears in our field of vision, and it is worth pondering how to reduce the occurrence of forest fire. Since we can't avoid it completely, we should find ways to control and extinguish the fire effectively. Under the special conditions of steep slope, complicated terrain, changeable wind direction and small temperature difference between day and night, it is impossible to extinguish the fire at night, or to use a large regiment to fight the fire field under the complicated dangerous conditions, and it is easy to occur danger in the process of fighting the fire. Fire-fighting effectiveness and safety can not be guaranteed, most of the casualties come from the fire-fighting process. Carrying out scientific rescue, strictly preventing the occurrence of heavy casualty accidents, firmly establishing the idea of putting people first and safety first, ensuring the safety of the people's lives has become the first consideration in the rescue command work. In the past years of forest fire fighting, forest fire-extinguishing bomb has been playing an important role. This paper studies an infrared photoelectric module, which is installed in the warhead position. The direction of the projectile axis is parallel to the optical axis direction of the detector. Its function is to give the control signal when the distance from the projectile to the flame is 3 to 7 meters, and to notify the lead wire to detonate the explosive to open the silo. The fire extinguishing powder has been thrown into the fire to suppress the fire. Because there is no such infrared photoelectric module in our country at present, this research project is actually a new kind of research, which will bring the technical level of fire extinguishing projectile to a new level in our country. The research on the sensitive module of infrared photoelectricity fire-extinguishing bomb involves the design of high-frequency amplifier circuit using thermoelectric stack infrared detector, Fresnel optical lens and narrow band filter window design. The important parameters of the design are determined by experiments, and the products are manufactured according to the process. The experiment of the shooting range of Chongqing Changan Industrial Group Co., Ltd is carried out, which verifies the feasibility and practicability of the design. As this research is my participation in the fire extinguishing project design of Yunnan Security Science and Technology Co., Ltd., part of the design is kept secret at the request of the company.
