【摘要】：紅外搜跟場景投射器可以在實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境中模擬動(dòng)態(tài)點(diǎn)源紅外目標(biāo),為紅外搜索跟蹤系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)的評測提供人為可控,低成本,可反復(fù)測試的實(shí)驗(yàn)條件,在紅外搜索跟蹤設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)過程中,對系統(tǒng)的性能進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià)。投影子系統(tǒng)的光學(xué)系統(tǒng)是紅外搜跟場景投射器的重要組成部分,本課題根據(jù)紅外搜跟場景投射器的總體技術(shù)指標(biāo),利用ZEMAX光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)軟件,設(shè)計(jì)了一基于黑體輻射的紅外雙通道準(zhǔn)直投射系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用一個(gè)無焦系統(tǒng)和后聚焦系統(tǒng)的組合系統(tǒng),工作波波段為8～12μm,系統(tǒng)焦距為230.56mm,視場為12。,出瞳距為600mm,出瞳直徑為100mm,各視場的MTF曲線在201p/mm處均接近衍射極限,各視場彌散角均小0.2mrad,畸變小于2%,像質(zhì)優(yōu)良。同時(shí)為了滿足儀器使用要求,引入衍射元件對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了光學(xué)被動(dòng)式消熱處理,系統(tǒng)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)滿足要求。最后為了確保加工,對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了公差分析,在給定的公差范圍內(nèi),經(jīng)過蒙特卡洛模擬分析,光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足總體要求。
[Abstract]:The infrared tracking scene projector can simulate the dynamic point source infrared target in the laboratory environment, and provide the experimental conditions for the evaluation of the various technical specifications of the infrared search and tracking system that can be artificially controllable, low-cost, and can be repeatedly tested. In the process of design and development of infrared search and tracking equipment, the performance of the system is evaluated synthetically. The optical system of shadow casting system is an important part of the infrared tracking scene projector. According to the overall technical specifications of the infrared tracking scene projector, this paper uses the ZEMAX optical design software. An infrared double channel collimation projection system based on blackbody radiation is designed. The system is composed of a non-coke system and a rear focusing system. The working wave band is 80.12 渭 m, the system focal length is 230.56mm, the field of view is 12.The pupil distance is 600mm, and the pupil diameter is 100mm. The MTF curves of each field of view are close to the diffraction limit at 201p/mm. The dispersion angle of each field is 0.2mrad. the distortion is less than 2 and the image quality is good. At the same time, in order to meet the requirements of the instrument, the diffractive elements are introduced to the system for optical passive heat treatment, and the system indexes meet the requirements. Finally, in order to ensure the machining, the tolerance analysis of the system is carried out. In the given tolerance range, through Monte Carlo simulation analysis, each index of the optical system meets the overall requirements.
