【摘要】：結(jié)合美國(guó)國(guó)家點(diǎn)火裝置(NIF)的部分參數(shù),利用兩鏡型線聚焦空間濾波器(SSF)來(lái)替代主放大腔中的針孔濾波器,對(duì)其在高功率激光裝置中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了初步的研究。以NIF為例,SSF的應(yīng)用可使遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度降低兩個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí),使腔空間濾波器和放大腔分別縮短約6.2450m(27%)和13.8707m(30%),而放大腔中遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)強(qiáng)度的降低以及去掉傳輸空間濾波器中的濾波光闌,又使得主光路中基本無(wú)等離子體堵孔的問(wèn)題。同時(shí),基于平面化離軸偏角的設(shè)計(jì)思想并結(jié)合放大腔中變形鏡與反射鏡互成物像面的特點(diǎn),對(duì)SSF構(gòu)成的放大腔進(jìn)行了離軸多程設(shè)計(jì)以避免放大自發(fā)輻射,為SSF的實(shí)際應(yīng)用以及高功率激光裝置的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Combined with some parameters of American national ignition device (NIF), the two mirror line focusing space filter (SSF) is used to replace the pinhole filter in the main magnifying cavity, and its application in the high power laser device is preliminarily studied. With NIF as an example, the application of SSF can reduce the intensity of the far field by two orders of magnitude, and make the cavity space filter and release. The large cavity shortens about 6.2450m (27%) and 13.8707m (30%) respectively, while the strength of the far field in the magnified cavity and the filter diaphragm in the transmission space filter are removed, and the problem of the basic non plasma plugging in the main optical path is also made. In order to avoid amplification of spontaneous radiation, the multirange design of the magnifying cavity made up of SSF is carried out to avoid the amplification of spontaneous radiation. It lays the foundation for the practical application of SSF and the further development of high power laser devices.
