基于電氣系統(tǒng)故障診斷的邏輯物理綜合建模方法

【摘要】:基于建模的故障診斷方法直觀、可重構(gòu)、效率高,但當(dāng)前主要對電氣系統(tǒng)的信號/功能進行建模,難以準(zhǔn)確地將故障定位到電氣系統(tǒng)中具體的物理位置。針對上述問題,將邏輯物理綜合模型擴展應(yīng)用到通用電氣系統(tǒng)故障診斷,提出電氣系統(tǒng)的邏輯物理綜合建模原理,給出層次化建模、可更換單元合并處理、信號反饋閉環(huán)通路及故障模式自動關(guān)聯(lián)等建模處理策略,以三角波發(fā)生器電路為例,說明電氣系統(tǒng)邏輯物理綜合建模的實現(xiàn)過程。實例結(jié)果表明,該邏輯物理綜合建模方法可以將診斷過程和結(jié)果直觀地顯示出來,適用于通用電氣系統(tǒng)的故障診斷。
[Abstract]:The method of fault diagnosis based on modeling is intuitionistic, reconfigurable and efficient, but it is difficult to locate the fault accurately in the physical position of the electrical system because of the modeling of the signal / function of the electrical system. Aiming at the above problems, the logic physical synthesis model is extended to the fault diagnosis of general electric system, and the principle of logic and physical synthesis modeling of electric system is put forward. Based on the signal feedback closed-loop path and the automatic correlation of the fault mode, the realization process of the logic physical synthesis modeling of electrical system is illustrated by taking the triangular wave generator circuit as an example. The example shows that the method can show the diagnosis process and result intuitively, and it is suitable for the fault diagnosis of the general electric system.
