白光LED用氧基磷灰石硅酸鹽熒光粉熒光性質(zhì)研究

【摘要】:白光LED因其具有體積小、能耗低、壽命長、高亮度、無污染等優(yōu)點,被譽為新一代最具價值的綠色光源。尋找能被紫外、近紫外芯片激發(fā)的單一基質(zhì)多光色或全光色熒光粉是現(xiàn)今研究的主流。本文采用高溫固相法合成了具有磷灰石結(jié)構(gòu)的LSO(GSO):Eu(2+,3+)和LSO:Eu(2+,3+),Ce3+,Tb3+系列硅酸鹽熒光粉并考察了樣品在UV、NUV區(qū)域激發(fā)的發(fā)光特性。LSO(GSO):Eu(2+,3+)熒光體中存在兩種價態(tài)的銪離子。激發(fā)到Eu2+,發(fā)射光譜中除了常見的5D0發(fā)射峰之外還有Eu3+的高能級激發(fā)態(tài)5D1,2到基態(tài)7FJ躍遷的發(fā)射峰。激發(fā)到Eu2+,LSO:0.30Eu(2+,3+)中5D1(538 nm)能級的壽命為1.10 ms,長于5D0(614.5 nm)能級0.26 ms。GSO:0.30Eu(2+,3+)中5D1(539 nm)和5D2(468nm)能級的壽命分別為1.81 ms、1.65 ms,小于5D0(615.5 nm)能級1.82ms。通過選擇激發(fā)熒光光譜研究,Eu3+在熒光體中存在三種發(fā)光中心。LSO:Eu(2+,3+),Ce3+,Tb3+體系中,Ce3+和Tb3+共摻雜時,改變Tb3+的濃度,得到Ce3+和Tb3+共同發(fā)光,Ce3+將一部分能量通過偶極-偶極相互作用機制傳遞給Tb3+,控制Ce3+/Tb3+的摻雜濃度比,可調(diào)變藍(lán)光到綠光發(fā)射強度比例,從而實現(xiàn)發(fā)光光色調(diào)變。Ce3+和Eu3+共摻時,Ce3+向Eu3+傳遞能量,紫外燈下,隨Eu3+濃度增加,試樣發(fā)光顏色由粉色到紅色變化。Ce3+和Eu(2+,3+)共摻的還原試樣中,在紫外燈激發(fā)下,隨銪濃度增加,試樣發(fā)光顏色由粉色到燭光色變化。Tb3+和Eu(2+,3+)共摻的還原試樣中,激發(fā)Tb3+的7F6-5D3,發(fā)射光譜主要有Tb3+和Eu3+的特征發(fā)射峰組成,構(gòu)成多光色光譜。隨著Tb3+濃度的增加,試樣在紫外光激發(fā)下發(fā)光顏色由燭光色到接近白色變化。三種離子共摻時,得到了發(fā)射接近白光的試樣組成(0.02Ce,0.20Tb,0.20Eu)、(0.01Ce,0.10Tb,0.10Eu)、(0.01Ce,0.15Tb,0.10Eu)。
[Abstract]:White light LED has the advantages of small size, low energy consumption, long life, high brightness and no pollution. It is known as the new generation of the most valuable green light source. Looking for the single matrix multi light color or all light color phosphor which can be excited by ultraviolet and near ultraviolet chips is the mainstream of the present study. In this paper, a high temperature solid phase method has been used to synthesize the LSO with the structure of apatite. (GSO): Eu (2+, 3+) and LSO:Eu (2+, 3+), Ce3+, Tb3+ series of Silicate Phosphors and investigation of the luminescence characteristic of the samples in UV, NUV region and the existence of two valence europium ions. The lifetime of 5D1 (538 nm) energy levels in Eu2+, LSO:0.30Eu (2+, 3+) is 1.10 MS, and is longer than 5D0 (614.5 nm) level 0.26 ms.GSO:0.30Eu (2+, 3+) is 1.81, 1.65, 1.65, less than 615.5. In the.LSO:Eu (2+, 3+), Ce3+, Tb3+ system, Ce3+ and Tb3+ are Co doped, the concentration of Tb3+ is changed, and Ce3+ and Tb3+ are co luminescent. A part of the energy is transmitted to Tb3+ by the dipole dipole interaction mechanism, and the ratio of doping concentration is controlled, and the ratio of blue light to green emission intensity can be adjusted, thus luminous color can be realized. When the modulation.Ce3+ and Eu3+ are Co doped, Ce3+ transfers energy to Eu3+. Under UV light, with the increase of Eu3+ concentration, the luminescence color from pink to red change.Ce3+ and Eu (2+, 3+) Co doped samples, with the UV light excitation, with the concentration of europium increases, the sample luminescence color from powder to candlelight color change.Tb3+ and Eu (2+,) Co doped sample, The emission spectra of 7F6-5D3 of Tb3+ are mainly composed of the characteristic emission peaks of Tb3+ and Eu3+, which constitute a multi light color spectrum. With the increase of Tb3+ concentration, the luminescence color of the sample is changed from candlelight to white. When the three ions are Co doped, the samples (0.02Ce, 0.20Tb, 0.20Eu), which are near the white light, are obtained (0.01Ce, 0.10T). B, 0.10Eu), (0.01Ce, 0.15Tb, 0.10Eu).
