基于激光晶體熱效應(yīng)諧振腔的設(shè)計(jì)以及MWCNT被動(dòng)調(diào)Q鎖模的研究

【摘要】:自上世紀(jì)六十年代激光技術(shù)產(chǎn)生以來,激光技術(shù)已經(jīng)在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)影響著人們的生活和生產(chǎn)方式。高功率半導(dǎo)體泵浦固體激光器成為現(xiàn)階段發(fā)展最快的激光器,它因結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、工作穩(wěn)定、使用壽命長(zhǎng)、光束質(zhì)量好、效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)成為新型激光器研發(fā)的焦點(diǎn)。半導(dǎo)體泵浦固體激光器廣泛應(yīng)用于材料加工、醫(yī)學(xué)治療、軍事武器、空間通訊、空間測(cè)量以及光信息處理等方面。因?yàn)樵撔图す馄魇褂枚䴓O管激光器替代了傳統(tǒng)的閃光燈作為泵浦源,使激光泵浦技術(shù)取得巨大突破,這就為進(jìn)一步提高固體激光器的輸出功率和效率提供了有利的技術(shù)保障,F(xiàn)在半導(dǎo)體泵浦固體激光器的研究主要集中在如何提高激光器的輸出功率和獲得高質(zhì)量激光束等方面,而提高這些品質(zhì)的主要障礙來自于激光晶體的熱效應(yīng)。所以,對(duì)于激光晶體熱效應(yīng)的研究,,以及根據(jù)晶體熱效對(duì)諧振腔性能的影響來設(shè)計(jì)諧振腔已經(jīng)成為全固態(tài)激光器研究的一個(gè)重要方面。 本文對(duì)激光晶體的熱效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了理論分析,構(gòu)建了激光晶體熱效應(yīng)的模型,建立了邊界條件,并對(duì)Nd:YVO4晶體內(nèi)部的溫度場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了模擬,對(duì)熱效應(yīng)對(duì)光程差的影響也進(jìn)行了理論分析,同時(shí)分析了激光晶體在泵浦光照射下熱焦距的變化。根據(jù)熱焦距的變化規(guī)律,對(duì)激光諧振腔Z型腔進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。本文對(duì)調(diào)Q鎖模技術(shù)進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,本文首次研究了以多壁碳納米管(MWCNT)為飽和吸收體,Nd:YAG被動(dòng)調(diào)Q鎖模激光器的輸出特性。其主要內(nèi)容可概括如下: 1.第一章簡(jiǎn)單介紹了激光器的發(fā)展歷史、依據(jù)不同分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)激光器進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單分類以及簡(jiǎn)單介紹了全固態(tài)固體激光器特點(diǎn),著重介紹了全固態(tài)激光器與傳統(tǒng)激光器相比的所表現(xiàn)出來的優(yōu)點(diǎn);介紹了調(diào)Q技術(shù)原理以及調(diào)Q的分類和優(yōu)缺點(diǎn);介紹了鎖模技術(shù)以及鎖模技術(shù)的分類;介紹了諧振腔的作用原理以及不同的諧振腔所具有的特點(diǎn);還介紹了激光晶體熱效應(yīng)的產(chǎn)生原理以及對(duì)激光器的影響。 2.第二章對(duì)激光晶體的材料進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,主要介紹了Nd:YAG和Nd:YVO4的結(jié)構(gòu)特性以及各項(xiàng)性能參數(shù);介紹了碳納米管飽和吸收體的特性以及作為調(diào)Q元器件的所具有的特點(diǎn)。 3.第三章詳細(xì)介紹并分析了熱效應(yīng)產(chǎn)生的原因,包括對(duì)熱應(yīng)力效應(yīng)、熱透鏡效應(yīng)以及雙折射效應(yīng)的介紹分析,同時(shí)介紹了如何降低熱效應(yīng)對(duì)激光器的影響。建立晶體熱效應(yīng)的模型,提出邊界條件并列出泊松方程組,對(duì)熱效應(yīng)進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)模擬。 4.第四章根據(jù)激光晶體熱效應(yīng)帶來的熱焦距變化,列出傳導(dǎo)矩陣,根據(jù)矩陣設(shè)計(jì)Z形諧振腔,并分析諧振腔的性能參數(shù)。 5.第五章實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了Nd:YAG\MWCNT被動(dòng)調(diào)Q鎖模特性。首先研究了Nd:YAG激光器連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)下與插入飽和吸收體調(diào)Q鎖模之后功斜效率的變化;其次研究了激光脈沖重復(fù)頻率和調(diào)Q包絡(luò)脈沖寬度隨泵浦功率變化;最后研究了鎖模脈沖寬度隨泵浦功率的變化。
[Abstract]:Since the laser technology has been developed in the 1960s , the laser technology has influenced people ' s life and production mode in various fields . The high power semiconductor pump solid laser has become the focus of the new laser research and development . The semiconductor pump solid laser has been widely used in material processing , medical treatment , military weapons , space communication , space measurement and optical information processing .

In this paper , the thermal effect of the laser crystal is theoretically analyzed , the thermal effect of the laser crystal is modeled , the boundary conditions are established , and the temperature field in the Nd : YVO 4 crystal is simulated .

1 . The first chapter introduces briefly the history of laser development , the simple classification of the laser according to different classification standards and the simple introduction of the characteristics of the solid - state solid - state laser , and emphasizes the advantages of the solid - state laser compared with the conventional laser ;
This paper introduces the principle of Q - Q technology and the classification and advantages and disadvantages of Q - Q .
This paper introduces the technology of lock mould and the classification of mould locking technology .
The principle of resonant cavity and its characteristics are introduced .
The principle of laser crystal thermal effect and its effect on laser are also introduced .

2 . The second chapter briefly introduces the material of Nd : YAG and Nd : YVO 4 and the performance parameters of Nd : YAG and Nd : YVO 4 .
The characteristics of carbon nanotube saturated absorber and its characteristics are introduced .

3 . The third chapter introduces and analyzes the causes of thermal effect , including the introduction and analysis of thermal stress effect , thermal lens effect and birefringence effect , and introduces how to reduce the influence of thermal effect on the laser .

4 . In chapter 4 , according to the change of thermal focal length brought by the thermal effect of the laser crystal , the conduction matrix is listed , Z - shaped resonator is designed according to the matrix , and the performance parameters of the resonant cavity are analyzed .

5 . In chapter 5 , Nd : YAGMWCNT passively Q - locked model is studied . Firstly , the change of the work efficiency of Nd : YAG laser after Q - locking is studied under continuous operation of Nd : YAG laser .
Secondly , the repetition frequency of laser pulse and the pulse width of Q - Q envelope are studied .
Finally , the variation of the pulse width of the lock mode with the pump power is studied .
