基于啁啾相移光纖光柵的寬調諧光電振蕩器的研究

【摘要】:隨著人類進入信息時代,人們對微波信號質量的要求越來越高,在這種情況下,光電振蕩器(OEO)作為一種理想微波信號發(fā)生源,受到了越來越多的關注與研究。與傳統(tǒng)微波振蕩器相比,OEO產生的微波信號具有寬帶寬、可調諧范圍大、抗電磁干擾以及高頻譜純度等優(yōu)點,所以在現(xiàn)代的應用非常廣泛。為了擴大OEO的頻率可調諧范圍,本文設計了一種基于啁啾相移光纖布拉格光柵(Chirped PS-FBG)的可調諧OEO。首先對相移光纖布拉格光柵(PS-FBG)的反射譜和基于PS-FBG的可調諧范圍進行了理論和仿真研究,然后分析了Chirped PS-FBG的反射譜和基于Chirped PS-FBG的可調諧范圍。通過仿真,基于PS-FBG的可調諧范圍達到了5GHz-55GHz,邊帶抑制比達到了30dB;贑hirped PS-FBG的OEO頻率可調諧范圍被擴大到了5GHz-155GHz,邊帶抑制比也提高到了40dB。大大提高了OEO的可調諧范圍。對基于Chirped PS-FBG可調諧OEO產生的微波信號的噪聲特性也進行了詳細的研究,本文在較小頻率的范圍內,對與頻率有關的噪聲性能模型進行了嚴謹?shù)睦碚撏茖?重點分析了一種改進的噪聲理論模型,通過仿真發(fā)現(xiàn)改進后的噪聲模型更能全面的反映OEO系統(tǒng)中噪聲性能。
[Abstract]:As human beings enter the information age, the quality of microwave signals is becoming more and more demanding. In this case, the optoelectronic oscillator (OEO), as an ideal source of microwave signals, has been paid more and more attention and research. Compared with the traditional microwave oscillator, the microwave signal produced by OO has the advantages of wide bandwidth, wide tunable range, anti-electromagnetic interference and high spectral purity, so it is widely used in modern times. In order to enlarge the frequency tunable range of OEO, a tunable OEO based on chirped phase-shifted fiber Bragg grating (chirped PS-FBG) is designed. The reflection spectrum of phase-shifted fiber Bragg grating (PS-FBG) and the tunable range based on PS-FBG are studied theoretically and simulated. Then the reflection spectrum of Chirped PS-FBG and the tunable range based on Chirped PS-FBG are analyzed. The simulation results show that the tunable range based on PS-FBG is 5 GHz to 55 GHz, and the sideband rejection ratio is 30 dB. The tunable range of OEO frequency based on Chirped PS-FBG is extended to 5 GHz ~ 155 GHz, and the sideband suppression ratio is increased to 40 dB. The tunable range of OEO is greatly improved. The noise characteristics of microwave signal based on Chirped PS-FBG tunable OEO are also studied in detail. In the range of smaller frequency, the noise performance model related to frequency is deduced in this paper. An improved noise theory model is analyzed. The simulation results show that the improved noise model can better reflect the noise performance of OEO system.
