三分離式消熱差制冷型中紅外物鏡的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了滿足多種復(fù)雜環(huán)境的使用需求,紅外光學(xué)系統(tǒng)需要適應(yīng)較大的工作溫度范圍。介紹了一種三分離式消色差消熱差制冷型中紅外物鏡的設(shè)計(jì)方法。改進(jìn)了三分離式結(jié)構(gòu)物鏡的孔徑光闌位置,使物鏡實(shí)現(xiàn)100%冷光闌效率,同時(shí)將這種結(jié)構(gòu)與消熱差模型相結(jié)合,推導(dǎo)出三分離式消熱差物鏡的初始光焦度分配關(guān)系,并給出透鏡材料的組合原則。利用該方法設(shè)計(jì)了工作波段為3~5μm,焦距為88 mm,相對(duì)孔徑為1:2的紅外物鏡,各視場(chǎng)彌散斑半徑均小于5μm,調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)MTF達(dá)到0.75@17 lp/mm,獲得了很好的成像質(zhì)量。該物鏡在-20℃~+70℃溫度范圍內(nèi)保持焦距、像面和像質(zhì)很好的穩(wěn)定,驗(yàn)證了三分離式消熱差光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of various complex environments, infrared optical systems need to adapt to a large operating temperature range. This paper introduces a design method of three separate achromatic heat-dissipation cooling mid-infrared objective lens. The aperture position of the three-separated objective lens is improved to realize the efficiency of 100% cold aperture. At the same time, the initial focal distribution relationship of the three-separated objective lens is deduced by combining the structure with the heat dissipation model. The combination principle of lens material is also given. Using this method, an infrared objective lens with a working band of 3 渭 m, focal length of 88 mm and a relative aperture of 1:2 is designed. The radius of dispersion spot in each field of view is less than 5 渭 m, and the modulation transfer function (MTF) is up to 0.7514lp / mm. The good imaging quality is obtained.
