高功率光纖激光器的殘留包層光濾除研究

【摘要】:為了提高大功率雙包層光纖激光器的光束質(zhì)量、光譜特性以及光纖系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,設(shè)計了一種用于濾除光纖內(nèi)包層殘留光的新型高功率包層光濾除器。采用蒙特卡洛算法以及光線軌跡追蹤法對包層光濾除器進行了數(shù)值計算,評估包層光濾除器的濾除能力,并借助計算流體力學軟件ANSYS,分析包層光濾除器的溫度場分布。結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化級聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)后的包層光濾除器的濾除效果達到16.7d B,降低了包層光濾除器的熱點溫度,在600W的輸入功率下,熱點溫度降低了20.8℃,實現(xiàn)了包層光功率的均勻濾除;在濾除功率達到千瓦量級時,該包層光濾除器仍能夠穩(wěn)定工作在70℃以內(nèi),滿足大功率光纖激光器系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運行的要求。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the beam quality, spectral characteristics and stability of high power double-clad fiber laser, a novel high-power cladding filter was designed to filter the residual light in the inner cladding of the fiber. Monte Carlo algorithm and ray trace tracing method are used to calculate the cladding optical filter. The filter capability of the cladding optical filter is evaluated. The temperature field distribution of the cladding optical filter is analyzed with the help of the computational fluid dynamics software ANSYS. The results show that the filter effect of the optimized cascade structure is 16.7 dB, which reduces the hot spot temperature of the cladding optical filter, and reduces the hot spot temperature by 20.8 鈩,
