【摘要】:針對高性能紅外成像系統(tǒng)MRTD測試用的小尺寸四桿靶標加工難度大,甚至以現有加工水平根本無法加工的問題,采用ZEMAX軟件設計了一款離軸全反射成像光學系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)由三個非球面反射鏡組成,放大倍數為0.4。仿真結果表明,本文設計的光學系統(tǒng)成像質量良好,接近衍射極限,加入現有的測試系統(tǒng)中可以滿足高分辨率紅外成像系統(tǒng)MRTD測試需求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the small size four-bar target used in MRTD testing of high performance infrared imaging system is difficult to be machined, even the existing processing level can not be machined at all, an off-axis total reflection imaging optical system is designed by using ZEMAX software. The system consists of three aspherical mirrors with a magnification of 0.4. The simulation results show that the imaging quality of the optical system designed in this paper is good and close to the diffraction limit. It can meet the MRTD test requirements of the high-resolution infrared imaging system by adding it to the existing test system.
