193nm ArF準(zhǔn)分子激光系統(tǒng)對LA-ICP-MS分析中不同基體的剝蝕行為和剝蝕速率探究

【摘要】:探究LA-ICP-MS分析中不同基體的剝蝕行為和剝蝕速率,可為激光參數(shù)設(shè)定、基體匹配選擇、數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量保證等方面提供重要參考。本文研究了193 nm ArF準(zhǔn)分子激光系統(tǒng)對人工合成/地質(zhì)樣品玻璃、常見礦物和粉末壓片的剝蝕行為,同時探究了激光參數(shù)(束斑直徑、能量密度和剝蝕頻率)對剝蝕速率的影響情況。從剝蝕坑形貌可知,193nm ArF激光對玻璃和絕大多數(shù)礦物的剝蝕行為良好,但對石英相對較差,這可能與石英內(nèi)含有微觀包裹體,剝蝕過程中局部受熱不均有關(guān)。粉末壓片的剝蝕行為呈現(xiàn)出不可控,可通過提高粉末壓片的壓制壓力或降低粉末顆粒的粒徑來改善剝蝕行為;當(dāng)剝蝕深度大于1.5倍束斑直徑時,剝蝕速率隨剝蝕深度的增加而逐漸減小,剝蝕深度最多可達束斑直徑的兩倍左右(RESOlution M-50型號激光系統(tǒng),3.0 J/cm2激光能量密度);剝蝕速率隨激光能量密度的增加而增大,但基本不受剝蝕頻率(2~20 Hz)影響。不同基體具有特征的剝蝕速率,本文報道了43種基體的剝蝕速率參數(shù),總體而言,NIST系列玻璃的剝蝕速率大于地質(zhì)樣品玻璃,碳酸鹽礦物和硫化物礦物大于硅酸巖礦物,粉末壓片大于玻璃和常見礦物。
[Abstract]:The study of denudation behavior and denudation rate of different matrix in LA-ICP-MS analysis can provide important reference for laser parameter setting, matrix matching selection, data quality assurance and so on. The denudation behavior of synthetic / geological sample glass, common mineral and powder pressed by 193nm ArF excimer laser system has been studied in this paper. The laser parameters (beam spot diameter) have also been investigated. The influence of energy density and denudation frequency on denudation rate. The denudation pit morphology shows that the denudation behavior of 193nm ArF laser is good for glass and most minerals, but relatively poor for quartz, which may be related to the existence of microinclusions in quartz and the uneven local heat during denudation. The denudation behavior of the powder sheet is uncontrollable, and the denudation behavior can be improved by increasing the pressing pressure or reducing the particle size, when the denudation depth is greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the beam spot, The denudation rate decreases gradually with the increase of denudation depth, and the denudation depth is up to about twice the diameter of beam spot, and the denudation rate increases with the increase of laser energy density, and the denudation rate increases with the increase of laser energy density, and the denudation rate increases with the increase of laser energy density, and the denudation rate increases with the increase of laser energy density. But it is not affected by the denudation frequency of 20 Hz. In this paper, the denudation rate parameters of 43 kinds of matrix are reported. Generally speaking, the denudation rate of NIST series glass is higher than that of geological sample glass, and carbonate and sulfide minerals are larger than silicate minerals. Powder sheets are larger than glass and common minerals.
