一種基于激光傳感器快速檢測透平葉片的方法

【摘要】:以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)球作為測量基準(zhǔn),以線掃描激光傳感器作為測量手段獲取透平葉片的全數(shù)據(jù)測量點云.測量設(shè)備采用四坐標(biāo)測量機搭載激光線掃描傳感器的方式,以保證葉片的測量效率,并兼顧測量機的控制準(zhǔn)確度.通過測量機獲得透平葉片的點云數(shù)據(jù),并對獲得的截面點云數(shù)據(jù)進行誤差補償、去噪、簡化等預(yù)處理操作,利用非均勻有理B樣條曲線擬合算法得到葉片特征曲線.實驗結(jié)果證明該方法可以有效地提高葉片前后緣的重構(gòu)準(zhǔn)確度,并為葉片的三維建模提供更為準(zhǔn)確的原始數(shù)據(jù).
[Abstract]:Taking the standard ball as the measuring datum and using the line scanning laser sensor as a measuring method to obtain the full data measurement point cloud of the turbine blade. The measuring equipment uses the four coordinate measuring machine to carry the laser line scanning sensor to ensure the blade measurement efficiency and take into account the control accuracy of the measuring machine. Point cloud data are used to make error compensation, denoising, simplification and other preprocessing operations. The blade feature curves are obtained by using the non uniform rational B spline curve fitting algorithm. The experimental results show that the method can effectively improve the reconstruction accuracy of the blade edge and provide more accurate 3D modeling for the blade. Raw data.
