【摘要】：針對容差模擬電路軟故障,為了提高診斷的準確率,提出了一種基于改進布谷鳥算法優(yōu)化支持向量機的故障診斷模型。首先,利用Hear小波分析對模擬電路進行故障特征提取;然后將提取的故障特征輸入支持向量機進行故障診斷,同時為了使模型更穩(wěn)定,利用改進布谷鳥算法選擇最優(yōu)懲罰參數(shù)和核函數(shù)參數(shù)以優(yōu)化SVM。最后,以Sallen-key帶通濾波器電路為例進行仿真實驗,通過與神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡、傳統(tǒng)SVM分類模型進行對比,結(jié)果表明了該方法的優(yōu)越性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the soft fault of tolerance analog circuit, in order to improve the accuracy of diagnosis, a fault diagnosis model based on Improved SVM optimization based on improved cuckoo algorithm is proposed. First, Hear wavelet analysis is used to extract the fault features of analog circuits, and then the extracted fault feature input support vector machine is used for fault diagnosis, and at the same time, the fault diagnosis is carried out. In order to make the model more stable, using the improved cuckoo algorithm to select the optimal penalty parameter and the kernel parameter to optimize the SVM. finally, the simulation experiment is carried out with the Sallen-key bandpass filter circuit as an example. The results show the superiority and feasibility of the method by comparing with the neural network and the traditional SVM classification model.
