【摘要】：針對激光加工過程中,紅外激光只能用于金屬材料的加工,而紫外激光則常用于非金屬材料的加工,無法同時兼顧兩種材料的問題,提出一種1064nm和355nm雙波長激光器,可在兩種波長之間自由切換,分別用于金屬和非金屬材料的加工。激光器采用大功率激光二極管端面泵浦Nd:YAG晶體,V型諧振腔,Ⅰ類相位匹配LBO晶體和Ⅱ類相位匹配LBO晶體進行腔內(nèi)倍頻與和頻的方式實現(xiàn)355nm紫外激光輸出。通過計算設(shè)計了高效穩(wěn)定的紫外基頻諧振腔,以此諧振腔參數(shù)為基礎(chǔ),又計算獲得高功率高光束質(zhì)量輸出的紅外諧振腔。兩者之間采用旋轉(zhuǎn)反射鏡進行自由切換,簡單而有效的實現(xiàn)一棒多波長輸出技術(shù),滿足加工的多樣性需要,有利于工業(yè)化的應(yīng)用。在泵浦功率最大為40W時,得到了5.5W紫外激光輸出和18.1W紅外激光輸出。
