【摘要】：正在飽和攻擊理論下,華為最重要的理念創(chuàng)新就是,敢于在"戰(zhàn)略機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn)"上聚集力量,不在"非戰(zhàn)略機(jī)會(huì)點(diǎn)"上消耗力量。今年年初華為總裁任正非提出的"聚集力量,密集投資,飽和攻擊"的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略再次成為行業(yè)內(nèi)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。"飽和攻擊"本是軍事詞匯,它是指采用大密度、連續(xù)攻擊的突防方式,在短時(shí)間內(nèi)向同一個(gè)目標(biāo)發(fā)射導(dǎo)彈,使敵方在短時(shí)間內(nèi)處于無法應(yīng)付的飽和狀態(tài),以達(dá)到摧毀目標(biāo)的目的。華為將"飽和攻擊"理論與創(chuàng)新相結(jié)合,清晰地體現(xiàn)了具有華為特色的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。一、理念創(chuàng)新
