【摘要】:核能譜測(cè)量的方法廣泛應(yīng)用于資源勘探、航空航天、環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)以及基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究等領(lǐng)域中。多道脈沖幅度分析器作為構(gòu)成核能譜檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的核心部件,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的性能起著至關(guān)重要的作用。伴隨著技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,以及高性能的A/D和信號(hào)處理器的出現(xiàn),數(shù)字多道儀器因其在能量分辨率、穩(wěn)定性等諸多方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),逐漸取代傳統(tǒng)的多道脈沖幅度分析器,成為發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。雖然國(guó)內(nèi)的研究機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)數(shù)字多道進(jìn)行了多年研究,但與國(guó)外的產(chǎn)品相比,還有較大差距。因此,進(jìn)一步研究和設(shè)計(jì)出性能優(yōu)越的數(shù)字多道脈沖幅度分析器,意義重大。本論文采用Actel公司的型號(hào)為A3P250的FPGA芯片(作為數(shù)字信號(hào)處理的核心單元)和AD公司的型號(hào)為AD9235的模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器(作為核脈沖的模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換模塊)的組合,作為數(shù)字多道脈沖幅度分析器的設(shè)計(jì)方案。在FPGA中完成了所有信號(hào)處理和控制外圍器件相關(guān)的功能,包括:控制A/D采樣,時(shí)鐘分頻,高斯成形,幅值提取,RAM的讀寫(xiě),譜線的生成,串口數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸及485轉(zhuǎn)換芯片的控制等。為了保證數(shù)據(jù)的遠(yuǎn)距離穩(wěn)定傳輸,采用了RS485通信方式進(jìn)行儀器與上位機(jī)之間的傳輸,芯片采用LTC2850。上位機(jī)軟件(包括:譜線分析軟件,波形分析軟件和SD碼計(jì)算軟件)采用VB 6.0進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),其中串口通信功能通過(guò)MSComm控件的On Comm事件來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。在將整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的軟硬件系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)之后,選用137CS,40K和232Th三種輻射源,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的能量分辨率、能量線性度和峰位漂移三項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測(cè)定。實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)字多道脈沖幅度分析器的功能,達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Methods the nuclear spectrum measurement is widely used in resource exploration, aerospace, environmental monitoring and scientific researches. The multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer as a core component of nuclear spectrum detection system, plays a vital role in the performance of the system. Along with the technical progress, and the emergence of high performance A/D and signal processor the digital multi-channel instrument because of its energy resolution, stability and many other advantages, gradually replaced the traditional multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer, become the trend of development. Although the domestic research institutions digital multi-channel studied for many years, but compared with foreign products, there is a large gap. Therefore, further research and design performance the advantages of digital multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer, of great significance. This paper uses Actel's FPGA chip model A3P250 (as digital signal processing The core unit) and AD's type AD9235 ADC (analog-to-digital conversion module as a nuclear pulse) combination, as the design scheme of digital multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer. In FPGA completed all the signal processing and control functions, the peripheral device comprises control A/D sampling clock frequency, Gauss forming the amplitude, extraction, RAM read and write, spanning the spectrum, serial data transmission and 485 conversion chip control. In order to ensure the stability of long-distance data transmission, using RS485 communication mode of transmission between instrument and computer chip, using LTC2850. software (including: spectrum analysis software, waveform analysis the software code and SD calculation software) VB 6 were used to design the serial communication function of MSComm control through the On Comm event to achieve. After using 137CS, the software and hardware of the system is 40. The three sources of K and 232Th are three energy indexes, including the energy resolution, the energy linearity and the peak drift. The experimental data show that the designed multi-channel pulse amplitude analyzer achieves the desired goal.
