銅碲渣中碲的回收工藝研究

【摘要】:采用硫酸化焙燒—水浸脫銅—堿浸提碲—電積工藝回收銅碲渣中的碲,考察了NaOH濃度、溫度等對碲浸出的影響,并對水解脫雜和碲電積工藝進行探索。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過硫酸化焙燒、水浸后,銅脫除率為75%;電積產(chǎn)品碲純度為99.90%,綜合碲回收率約93%;金、銀、鉑和鈀等貴金屬進一步富集在堿浸渣中。
[Abstract]:The effect of NaOH concentration and temperature on the leaching of tellurium from copper tellurium slag was investigated by sulfation roasting, water leaching, alkali leaching and electrodeposition. The process of water removal and electrodeposition of tellurium was also explored.The results show that after sulfation roasting, the removal rate of copper is 75%, the purity of electrowinning product tellurium is 99.90, the comprehensive recovery of tellurium is about 93%, and the precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum and palladium are further enriched in alkali leaching slag.
