【摘要】：設(shè)計了一種高精度單環(huán)3階Σ-Δ調(diào)制器。闡述了Σ-Δ調(diào)制器的結(jié)構(gòu),確定了前饋因子和增益因子等重要參數(shù)。對調(diào)制器的各種非理想因素,如時鐘抖動、開關(guān)非線性、采樣電容kT/C噪聲等,進(jìn)行了量化分析和行為級建模。采用MATLAB工具進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)驗證。驗證結(jié)果表明,調(diào)制器的采樣頻率為100kHz,信噪比為99dB,信噪比最大值為104.2dB,有效精度達(dá)16位。
[Abstract]:A high precision single loop 3 order 危-螖 modulator is designed.The structure of 危-螖 modulator is described, and some important parameters, such as feedforward factor and gain factor, are determined.Various non-ideal factors of modulator, such as clock jitter, switching nonlinearity, sampling capacitance kT/C noise and so on, are analyzed quantitatively and modeled at behavior level.The system is verified by MATLAB tool.The results show that the sampling frequency of the modulator is 100kHz, the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is 99dB, the maximum SNR is 104.2dB, and the effective precision is 16 bits.
