雙零色散點(diǎn)錐型微結(jié)構(gòu)光纖的超連續(xù)譜

【摘要】:用"快速低溫"法,在保持包層空氣填充率不變的情況下,對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)室自制的微結(jié)構(gòu)光纖進(jìn)行了拉錐,得到了錐長(zhǎng)分別為8 mm、10 mm的錐形光纖。利用多極法模擬可知,拉錐前光纖在1 129 nm具有單個(gè)零色散點(diǎn),拉錐后光纖錐腰處出現(xiàn)雙零色散點(diǎn),對(duì)于8 mm、10 mm錐長(zhǎng),其零色散點(diǎn)分別為806 nm/2 456 nm和637 nm/1 164nm。8 mm錐微結(jié)構(gòu)光纖在中心波長(zhǎng)800 nm、平均功率0.45 W的超短脈沖作用下,產(chǎn)生了378 nm~1 632 nm、1777 nm~2 450 nm平坦度為20 d B的超連續(xù)譜;當(dāng)功率為0.50 W時(shí),10 mm錐微結(jié)構(gòu)光纖位于1 164 nm的零色散點(diǎn)限制了拉曼孤子及超連續(xù)譜的紅移,但在395 nm~475 nm形成譜寬為80 nm峰,頻率上轉(zhuǎn)換效率達(dá)到70.5%。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of keeping the cladding air filling rate constant, the micro-structure fiber made by the laboratory was tapered by "fast low temperature" method, and the tapered fiber with a cone length of 8 mm or 10 mm was obtained.The multipole simulation shows that the fiber has a single zero dispersion point at 1 129 nm, double zero dispersion point appears at the waist of the tapered fiber, and the length of the cone is 8 mm or 10 mm.Its zero dispersion points are 806 nm/2 456nm and 637 nm/1 164nm.8 mm taper microstructures, respectively. Under the action of an ultrashort pulse with a central wavelength of 800nm and an average power of 0.45W, a super-continuous spectrum of 378 nm~1 632 nm / nm~2 1777 nm~2 450nm flatness 20 dB is obtained.When the power is 0.50W, the zero dispersion point of 10mm tapered fiber at 1 164nm limits the red shift of Raman soliton and supercontinuum spectrum, but the spectral width is 80 nm at 395 nm~475 nm, and the frequency upconversion efficiency reaches 70.5 nm.
