液體環(huán)境中微納光纖布拉格光柵的溫度特性

【摘要】:針對(duì)微納光纖布拉格光柵(MNFBG)在應(yīng)用中存在的溫度依賴問題,數(shù)值模擬了被不同折射率液體包圍的MNFBG的反射波長與溫度的關(guān)系,并且制作了可更換封裝液體的MNFBG用于實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。通過使用蒸餾水和不同折射率的匹配液封裝MNFBG,得到了MNFBG反射光譜及其中心波長隨封裝液體溫度的變化規(guī)律。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在相同的溫度變化過程中,不同性質(zhì)的封裝液體會(huì)影響MNFBG反射光譜的形狀和移動(dòng)方向,改變了普通光纖布拉格光柵(FBG)在溫度升高過程中反射光譜形狀幾乎不變但其中心波長線性紅移的特性。封裝液體的折射率和熱光系數(shù)越大,MNFBG反射波長隨溫度的變化越趨于非線性。換用折射率和熱光系數(shù)分別為1.456和4×10~(-4)℃~(-1)的匹配液體后,MNFBG反射波長的溫度靈敏度為-50.3pm/℃。MNFBG特性與環(huán)境液體、溫度和FBG的尺寸有關(guān),通過有效控制相關(guān)因素可以實(shí)現(xiàn)FBG在更多領(lǐng)域的功能化應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of temperature dependence in the application of micro-nano fiber Bragg grating, the relationship between the reflection wavelength and temperature of MNFBG surrounded by liquid with different refractive index is numerically simulated, and the MNFBG of replaceable encapsulated liquid is made for experimental study.By encapsulating MNFBGs with distilled water and matching liquid with different refractive index, the variation of MNFBG reflectance spectrum and its central wavelength with the encapsulation liquid temperature was obtained.It is found that the shape and direction of the MNFBG reflectance spectrum are affected by different properties of the encapsulated liquid during the same temperature change.The characteristic that the reflection spectrum shape is almost invariable but the center wavelength of FBG is linear redshift is changed in the process of increasing temperature of ordinary fiber Bragg grating (FBG).The larger the refractive index and thermo-optical coefficient of encapsulated liquid is, the more nonlinear the reflection wavelength of MNFBG is with temperature.The temperature sensitivity of the reflection wavelength of the matched liquid is -50.3 pm / 鈩,
