【摘要】:針對(duì)混合溶液中重金屬元素的激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜(LIBS)測量系統(tǒng),為提高測量系統(tǒng)的檢測靈敏度,以提高混合溶液中Ca和Cr金屬元素LIBS光譜線強(qiáng)度的信噪比為目標(biāo),對(duì)LIBS測量系統(tǒng)中的激光脈沖能量、液相樣品流速、ICCD門寬、延時(shí)等實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,得到最優(yōu)化參數(shù)激光脈沖能量、樣品流速、ICCD門寬、延時(shí)分別為35 m J、30 ml/min、1400 ns和2400 ns,為降低LIBS技術(shù)應(yīng)用于混合溶液中痕量重金屬元素的檢出限提供了實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)支撐.
[Abstract]:The laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) measurement system for heavy metal elements in mixed solution was developed. In order to improve the sensitivity of the measurement system and to improve the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of LIBS spectral intensity of Ca and Cr metal elements in mixed solution, a laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) measurement system was developed. The laser pulse energy, the flow rate of liquid phase sample and the experimental parameters, such as the laser pulse energy, the flow rate of the liquid phase sample and the delay time are optimized in the LIBS measurement system. The laser pulse energy and the flow rate of the sample are obtained. The delay of 35mJ ~ (3 +) 30ml / min ~ (-1) ns and 2400 ns respectively provides experimental parameters for reducing the detection limit of trace heavy metals in mixed solution by LIBS technique.
