堿浸回收電解錳陽(yáng)極泥中硒的研究

【摘要】:采用氫氧化鈉堿浸回收電解錳陽(yáng)極泥中的硒,考察氫氧化鈉濃度、浸出溫度、液固比、浸出時(shí)間和攪拌速度等對(duì)硒浸出率的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了超聲輔助強(qiáng)化浸出的效果。結(jié)果表明,超聲輔助強(qiáng)化浸出可以降低浸出溫度,縮短反應(yīng)時(shí)間,并能有效提高硒的浸出率。當(dāng)超聲功率為500 W時(shí),60℃反應(yīng)50min,硒的浸出率達(dá)到96.11%。
[Abstract]:The effects of sodium hydroxide concentration, leaching temperature, liquid-solid ratio, leaching time and stirring speed on the leaching rate of selenium were investigated by using alkali leaching of sodium hydroxide to recover selenium from electrolytic manganese anode mud.On the basis of this, the effect of ultrasonic assisted enhanced leaching was studied.The results show that ultrasonic enhanced leaching can reduce leaching temperature, shorten reaction time, and effectively improve the leaching rate of selenium.The leaching rate of selenium reached 96.11 when ultrasonic power was 500 W and reaction time was 50 min at 60 鈩,
