擋光片式可變光衰減器研究

【摘要】:光衰減器是對(duì)光功率進(jìn)行衰減的無(wú)源光學(xué)器件,主要應(yīng)用于測(cè)量光纖系統(tǒng)指標(biāo),匹配通信系統(tǒng)中光信號(hào)功率等。在全光通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)中,可變光衰減器(Variable Optical Attenuator,VOA)可以解決功率匹配、信道衰減增益、接收機(jī)匹配等問(wèn)題,研究VOA具有重要并巨大的商業(yè)價(jià)值。擋光片式可變光衰減器作為一種常見(jiàn)的VOA,本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)內(nèi)外尚未有太多文獻(xiàn)對(duì)不同形狀孔擋光片對(duì)光場(chǎng)和衰減性能的影響有著全面的探討。本文通過(guò)從實(shí)驗(yàn)角度分析了不同形狀擋光片對(duì)VOA內(nèi)部光場(chǎng)特性的影響,分別對(duì)矩形、圓形、三角形三種擋光片的光衰減特性做了對(duì)比分析。得出了三角形擋光片的衰減調(diào)控性能更為理想。然后,基于實(shí)驗(yàn)研究擋光片式可調(diào)光衰減器設(shè)計(jì)了一種空氣擋光片式微流控VOA,它結(jié)合了擋光片衰減原理和微流控光學(xué)技術(shù)。本文闡述了這種空氣擋光片式微流控VOA的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和工作原理,通過(guò)FLUENT軟件對(duì)器件特性進(jìn)行了仿真分析。本研究的意義在于:補(bǔ)充了國(guó)內(nèi)外缺少的不同形狀孔擋光片對(duì)衰減器性能影響的研究,所設(shè)計(jì)的空氣擋光片式微流控VOA促進(jìn)了微流控光學(xué)技術(shù)在光通信中的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Optical attenuator is a passive optical device that attenuates optical power. It is mainly used to measure optical fiber system index and match optical signal power in communication system. Variable Optical Attenuator VOAA can solve the problems of power matching, channel attenuation gain, receiver matching, etc. The study of VOA is of great commercial value. As a common variable optical attenuator, it is found that there are not too many literatures at home and abroad on the influence of different shape aperture dampers on the optical field and attenuation performance. In this paper, we analyze the influence of different shapes on the light field characteristics of VOA from the point of view of experiment. The attenuation characteristics of rectangle, circle and triangle are compared and analyzed respectively. It is concluded that the attenuation control performance of triangle block is more ideal. Based on the experimental study of the optical attenuator, an air stopper microfluidic control (VOAA) is designed, which combines the attenuation principle and the microfluidic optical technology. The junction of this kind of air-blocking microfluidic VOA is described in this paper. Structural design and working principles, The characteristics of the device are simulated and analyzed by FLUENT software. The significance of this study is to supplement the research on the influence of different shapes of aperture damper on the performance of the attenuator, which is not available at home and abroad. The designed microfluidic VOA promotes the application of microfluidic optical technology in optical communication.
