【摘要】:我國(guó)雖然揚(yáng)聲器產(chǎn)量較大,但是揚(yáng)聲器的質(zhì)量普遍偏低,與一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的產(chǎn)品相比存在巨大差距,因此提高揚(yáng)聲器質(zhì)量是一個(gè)亟需解決的問(wèn)題。由于揚(yáng)聲器紙盆的振動(dòng)和輻射特性對(duì)揚(yáng)聲器聲音質(zhì)量影響較大,所以測(cè)量揚(yáng)聲器紙盆振動(dòng)模態(tài)、分析揚(yáng)聲器非線性失真的原因?qū)P(yáng)聲器的設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)有較大的實(shí)際意義。隨著靜態(tài)光學(xué)三維測(cè)量技術(shù)的發(fā)展成熟,以及電子技術(shù)、光電子技術(shù)、光學(xué)等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,動(dòng)態(tài)光學(xué)三維測(cè)量逐漸成為研究熱點(diǎn);趧(dòng)態(tài)光學(xué)三維測(cè)量方法全場(chǎng)測(cè)量、高分辨率、高速和高精度等特點(diǎn),本文提出了基于光柵投影的揚(yáng)聲器振動(dòng)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)。論文包含以下幾個(gè)部分:1)介紹了目前揚(yáng)聲器紙盆振動(dòng)測(cè)量的典型方法,分析了其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn);2)討論了光柵投影三維測(cè)量技術(shù)基本原理;3)研究了采用低速相機(jī)的揚(yáng)聲器振動(dòng)測(cè)量,包括測(cè)量系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、工作流程、相機(jī)外觸發(fā)時(shí)序分析、外觸發(fā)電路設(shè)計(jì);4)對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,分別利用低速相機(jī)及高速相機(jī)搭建測(cè)量系統(tǒng)對(duì)揚(yáng)聲器振動(dòng)測(cè)量,并對(duì)兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)的測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,證明論文所提方法是完全可行的。最后分析了實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果的誤差;5)總結(jié)和展望。本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)包括:使用光柵投影技術(shù),不但可以實(shí)現(xiàn)全場(chǎng)的揚(yáng)聲器紙盆振動(dòng)模態(tài)測(cè)量,而且可以實(shí)時(shí)全場(chǎng)測(cè)量紙盆振動(dòng)的幅度、相位;利用低速相機(jī)完成動(dòng)態(tài)測(cè)量,節(jié)約了成本;設(shè)計(jì)了相機(jī)外觸發(fā)控制電路,實(shí)現(xiàn)圖像的實(shí)時(shí)自動(dòng)采集。
[Abstract]:Although the output of loudspeakers in China is large, the quality of loudspeakers is generally low, and there is a huge gap compared with the products of some developed countries. Therefore, improving the quality of loudspeakers is an urgent problem to be solved.Since the vibration and radiation characteristics of loudspeaker paper basin have a great influence on the sound quality of loudspeaker, it is of great practical significance to measure the vibration mode of loudspeaker paper basin and analyze the reasons of loudspeaker nonlinear distortion for the design and production of loudspeaker.With the development of static optical 3D measurement technology, as well as the development of electronic technology, optoelectronic technology and optical technology, dynamic optical 3D measurement has gradually become a research hotspot.Based on the characteristics of full-field measurement, high resolution, high speed and high precision, a loudspeaker vibration measurement system based on grating projection is proposed in this paper.This paper includes the following parts: (1) this paper introduces the typical methods of measuring the vibration of loudspeaker paper basin, and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages. (2) the basic principle of 3D measurement technology of grating projection is discussed. (3) the vibration measurement of loudspeaker using low speed camera is studied.Including the structure of measurement system, workflow, timing analysis of external trigger of camera, external trigger circuit design 4) to verify the system, using low-speed camera and high-speed camera to set up measurement system to measure loudspeaker vibration.The measurement results of the two systems are compared and analyzed, which proves that the method proposed in this paper is completely feasible.Finally, the error of the experimental results is analyzed.The innovations of this paper include: using grating projection technology, not only can realize the full-field vibration mode measurement of loudspeaker paper basin, but also can measure the amplitude and phase of paper basin vibration in real time, and use low-speed camera to complete the dynamic measurement.The external trigger control circuit is designed to realize the real-time automatic image acquisition.
