單端面長周期光柵透射模式測量技術(shù)

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)長周期光柵透射譜測量模式的遠(yuǎn)距離監(jiān)測,設(shè)計(jì)了單端面鍍反射膜的測量裝置系統(tǒng),對單端面鍍銀膜長周期光柵的傳感原理做了分析,并從實(shí)驗(yàn)的角度分別對單端面鍍銀膜模式系統(tǒng)和直接透射模式系統(tǒng)的長周期光柵在不同折射率的環(huán)境介質(zhì)中的響應(yīng)進(jìn)行了研究,比較了它們的異同。首先,采用2×2單模光纖耦合器分別連接光譜分析儀、光源、長周期光柵。然后,在包含長周期光柵的光纖的另一個(gè)端面制備反射銀膜。最后,通過測量一系列不同折射率的環(huán)境介質(zhì),比較了直接透射模式與單端面鍍銀膜模式下的長周期光柵的響應(yīng)光譜。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:采用波長解調(diào)表達(dá)時(shí),對于同一種環(huán)境介質(zhì),兩種模式下長周期光柵的響應(yīng)光譜的諧振波長基本相同;采用功率/峰值解調(diào)表達(dá)時(shí),隨著甘油濃度從水變?yōu)?0%的甘油溶液,直接透射模式下的光損耗從-6.05 d B變?yōu)?9.22 d B,單端面鍍銀膜模式下的光損耗從-8.03 d B變?yōu)?11.33d B。與直接透射模式相比,單端面鍍銀膜的長周期光柵光譜中的相對光損耗明顯增加,諧振峰更尖銳,更有利于諧振波長和諧振峰光損耗值的識別。本研究設(shè)計(jì)的單端面鍍銀膜的長周期光柵測量系統(tǒng)不僅保留了長周期光柵透射譜的感應(yīng)模式,而且使長周期光柵在對環(huán)境介質(zhì)的測量中操作更加靈活方便,尤其是在遠(yuǎn)距離、惡劣環(huán)境或深層液體的折射率測量中具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the long-distance monitoring of transmission spectrum measurement mode of long period grating, a measuring device system of single end silver coated long period grating is designed. The sensing principle of single end silver plated long period grating is analyzed. At the same time, the responses of the long period gratings of single end silver plated film mode system and direct transmission mode system in environmental media with different refractive index are studied from the point of view of experiment, and their similarities and differences are compared. A 2 脳 2 single mode fiber coupler is used to connect the spectrum analyzer, light source and long period grating respectively. Then, the reflective silver film is prepared on the other end of the fiber containing the long period grating. Finally, a series of environmental media with different refractive index are measured. The response spectra of the long period grating in direct transmission mode and silver plated single end mode are compared. The experimental results show that the wavelength demodulation is used for the same medium. The resonant wavelength of the response spectrum of the long period grating is basically the same in both modes. When the power / peak demodulation is used, the glycerol concentration changes from water to 80% glycerol solution. In direct transmission mode, the optical loss changes from -6.05 dB to -9.22 dB, and from -8.03 dB to -11.33 dB in single-end silver coating mode. Compared with direct transmission mode, the relative optical loss in long-period grating spectrum of single-ended silver plated film increases obviously. The resonant peak is sharper and more favorable to identify the resonant wavelength and the light loss of the resonant peak. The long period grating measurement system with silver plated single end surface not only preserves the inductive mode of the transmission spectrum of the long period grating. Moreover, it makes the long period grating more flexible and convenient in the measurement of environmental media, especially in the measurement of refractive index of long period grating in long distance, bad environment or deep liquid.
