ODU用V-Band波導(dǎo)環(huán)行器的研制

【摘要】:鐵氧體環(huán)行器是現(xiàn)代通訊系統(tǒng)中的重要元件。自上個世紀50年代提出以來,在工程技術(shù)上,人們制作了各種類型的環(huán)行器,廣泛地應(yīng)用于雷達、衛(wèi)星、移動通信基站中。波導(dǎo)環(huán)行器的發(fā)明,使通信頻段成功地拓展到微波,毫米波領(lǐng)域,極大地提高了通信帶寬。本文先從鐵氧體特性入手分析了電磁波在鐵氧體中的傳輸特性,分析了帶線環(huán)行器的工作原理,得出器件的環(huán)行條件。分析了波導(dǎo)環(huán)行器的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,提出了一種拓寬波導(dǎo)環(huán)行器帶寬的阻抗匹配機制,利用有限元電磁分析工具Ansys HFSS結(jié)合Maxwell磁場分析工具,精確仿真優(yōu)化波導(dǎo)環(huán)行器性能,大大降低了波導(dǎo)環(huán)行器的設(shè)計周期。依據(jù)環(huán)行器原理設(shè)計了 V波段波導(dǎo)環(huán)行器的大致結(jié)構(gòu),通過優(yōu)化取得結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。在精密加工的輔助下,成功制得V波段環(huán)行器,器件已成功運用于客戶的ODU系統(tǒng)中。運用此方法設(shè)計的V波段、E波段波導(dǎo)隔離器亦已取得成功。對更高頻率的器件,其設(shè)計亦具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Ferrite circulator is an important component in modern communication system. Since it was put forward in 1950s, people have made various kinds of circulators in engineering technology, which are widely used in radar and satellite. With the invention of waveguide circulator in mobile communication base station, the communication frequency band has been successfully extended to the field of microwave and millimeter wave, and the communication bandwidth has been greatly increased. In this paper, the transmission characteristics of electromagnetic wave in ferrite are analyzed from the point of view of ferrite characteristics. In this paper, the working principle of the waveguide circulator is analyzed, and the loop conditions of the device are obtained. The structure characteristics of the waveguide circulator are analyzed, and an impedance matching mechanism to widen the bandwidth of the waveguide circulator is proposed. Using finite element electromagnetic analysis tool Ansys HFSS and Maxwell magnetic field analysis tool, the performance of waveguide circulator is simulated and optimized accurately. The design period of the waveguide circulator is greatly reduced. According to the principle of the circulator, the approximate structure of the V-band waveguide circulator is designed, and the structural parameters are obtained by optimizing the structure parameters. Under the assistance of precision machining, the V-band circulator is successfully fabricated. The device has been successfully applied to the customer's ODU system and the V-band E-band waveguide isolator has been successfully designed. It is also useful for the design of higher frequency devices.
