多級(jí)低噪聲功率放大器及功率合成技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:在無(wú)線接收系統(tǒng)中,低噪聲功率放大器作為接收前端,其噪聲以及增益特性對(duì)整個(gè)接收系統(tǒng)起到?jīng)Q定性作用。在移動(dòng)無(wú)線網(wǎng)、WLAN、雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)等無(wú)線設(shè)備中,天線接收到微弱電磁信號(hào)首先經(jīng)過低噪聲功率放大器,將攜帶信息的無(wú)線信號(hào)進(jìn)行初級(jí)放大。作為射頻系統(tǒng)工程應(yīng)用的重要部分,低噪聲放大器的設(shè)計(jì)一直是射頻電路領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。本文從WLAN無(wú)線系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用出發(fā),通過對(duì)平衡式低噪聲放大器的特性分析,設(shè)計(jì)出了一款由分支線定向耦合器構(gòu)成的低噪聲功率放大器系統(tǒng)。具體研究工作如下:首先,通過對(duì)低噪聲功率放大器和驅(qū)動(dòng)功率放大器的參數(shù)的分析以及特性的研究,利用ATF-54143和ATF-50189兩款高電子遷移率場(chǎng)效應(yīng)管分別設(shè)計(jì)了低噪聲功率放大器和驅(qū)動(dòng)級(jí)功率放大器。其次,通過對(duì)各種功率合成技術(shù)的分析,采用平衡式結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。在平衡式結(jié)構(gòu)中,分支線耦合器的一致性對(duì)輸出合成產(chǎn)生重要影響。因此,本文利用傳統(tǒng)的曲流方法,設(shè)計(jì)了一款小型化的分支線定向耦合器。設(shè)計(jì)完成的定向耦合器尺寸為0.18λ×0.13λ。最后,對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的低噪聲放大器、驅(qū)動(dòng)功率放大器以及小型化分支線耦合器分別進(jìn)行了加工。并且利用安捷倫N5227A矢量網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析儀進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,低噪聲放大器、驅(qū)動(dòng)功率放大器以及分支線耦合器的加工測(cè)試結(jié)果基本滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:In the wireless receiving system, the noise and gain characteristics of the low-noise power amplifier as the front end of the receiver play a decisive role in the whole receiving system. The antenna receives the weak electromagnetic signal through the low noise power amplifier, and amplifies the wireless signal which carries the information. As an important part of the radio frequency system engineering application, the antenna receives the weak electromagnetic signal. The design of low noise amplifier (LNA) has been a hot topic in the field of RF circuits. Based on the application of WLAN wireless system, the characteristics of balanced LNA are analyzed in this paper. A low noise power amplifier system composed of branch line directional coupler is designed. The specific research work is as follows: firstly, through the analysis of the parameters and characteristics of the low noise power amplifier and the driving power amplifier, The low noise power amplifier and the drive stage power amplifier are designed using ATF-54143 and ATF-50189 high electron mobility FET respectively. Secondly, through the analysis of various power synthesizer techniques, the low noise power amplifier and the drive stage power amplifier are designed. The balanced structure is used to design the whole system structure. In the balanced structure, the consistency of the branch line coupler has an important effect on the output synthesis. Therefore, the traditional meandering method is used in this paper. A miniaturized branch line directional coupler is designed. The dimension of the designed directional coupler is 0.18 位 脳 0.13 位. Finally, for the designed low-noise amplifier, The driving power amplifier and the miniaturized branch line coupler are machined, and tested by the Agilent N5227A vector network analyzer.
