雙傳輸零點C波段腔體濾波器的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:帶外傳輸零點可以增強濾波器的阻帶抑制能力。本文依據(jù)傳輸零點理論,以階躍阻抗同軸諧振器為諧振單元,引入交叉耦合結(jié)構(gòu),采用模塊化場仿真方法,設(shè)計并加工出一款工作在C波段的同軸腔體濾波器。濾波器經(jīng)過調(diào)試后表現(xiàn)出良好的性能,其矩形系數(shù)為BW-80d B/BW-1d B=2,通帶駐波為1.35,插入損耗為3d B。
[Abstract]:The out-of-band transmission zero can enhance the stopband suppression ability of the filter. Based on the transmission zero theory, the step impedance coaxial resonator is used as the resonant unit, the cross-coupling structure is introduced, and the modularized field simulation method is adopted. A coaxial cavity filter working in C band is designed and fabricated. The filter shows good performance after debugging. Its rectangular coefficient is BW-80d B/BW-1d Bu 2, passband standing wave is 1.35, insertion loss is 3 dB.
